  A lovely place

  It is a very nicely arranged place in an interesting part of Istanbul. The host offered us a warm welcome, was very friendly, helpful and generous. If you want to taste delicious traditional food, wonderfully cooked than this is the place. Overall it is a must-visit, I left the place with the best impressions.

  Only location was close to metro, tramvay, bus and boat station. There was nothing else good to mention. People in the neighborhood and in the hotel (I mean staff) were very old minded. They were looking at us in uncomfortable way. The Room was usually smelling. They said it was because of the area. No need even to talk about the quality of the service or customer satisfaction. The cover of the bed was dirty when I arrived the room and asked to change it. Everybody could hear each others' voices. So we got complain from the room next to us. There was no fresh air in the room. That was one of the worst experiences I have ever had

  The best location that i choosed from my last Istanbul trips, it's close to alot of important transport stations like metro and tramway, a very good refreshing breakfast, a clean hotel, a good booking prices, and the most important thing is the respect and help that you receive from the guys who are working there in any thing you ask about.

  The photos of the hotel and the rooms are highly over exaggerated. Don't get carried away by looking at the pics, trust me the photos doesn't reflect the actual reality. 1) Location --> The hotel is situated in one of the worst places that you can see in Istanbul. We event started hating Istanbul due to the place, we were very hungry and looking for a hotel around the hotel and the neighbor hood was filthy and scary where everyone would stare at an outsider.2) No room service --> We stayed for 7 nights and there was "No room cleaning".3) Rooms --> The rooms were too small and there is no ventilation so literally we were suffocating during nights and had to opened the windows which are located in the hallway (strange) which wasn't safe.

  I wouldn't recommend the hotel because of the bad neighborhood. There were filthy kids around, pulling you for your sleeves to give them money. It was very disturbing. The ares is kind of filthy. Hotel itself is not easy to spot when you are looking for it.Staff was OK, no complaints there, breakfast was OK as well. Room was clean, but on the first level where you won't have windows, so you'll feel like you are in the box. Bathroom was very small.
