    We stayed at the hotel for 1 night after missing a Turkish Airlines connecting flight at Istanbul. The airport is actually quite a long way from the hotel and the transfer took almost 90 mins. The hotel is located on a VERY busy road. There is no outdoor area to relax. The room was actually quite pleasant and clean. The dining options in the hotel and neighbourhood are extremely limited. Food provided in the hotel restaurant was abysmal.

    All in all, the hotel is a good hotel, but unfortunately small things are just neglected and taken care of, accordingly reducing the standard of the hotel. In the room, the hose of shower was broken and the water is splashing everywhere, the lid of the trash bin also was broken, as well as some of the clothes hangers. Nurgil, the housekeeper lady did a good job, and all the staff at reception and breakfast were very friendly and efficient. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

    I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Nurgul and all other staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient and close to many factories, I came to visit . Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

    Got here due to overbooking, but surprisingly a wonderful hotel! And Sudenur is a really nice lady!
