    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul TopkapiI had a wonderful experience staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Topkapi. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and truly welcoming. The hotel facilities are modern, clean, and very well maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a busy day in Istanbul.The rooms were spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transport and many key attractions in the city.What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service, especially from Zineb Zaid, the Guest Relations Supervisor. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always attentive, kind, and ready to help with any request. Her professionalism and genuine care made a big difference and added a personal touch to my stay.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, whether for business or leisure.     I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent booking made through your official website for my family stay.My booking confirmation clearly states that the reservation includes BB (bed and breakfast). Before arrival of my family, I called the hotel simply to confirm that payment must be charge to the card what I have attached.Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and highly unprofessional.The first agent who answered asked me to call back in 30 minutes, which I did. The second front office agent informed me that their manager would call me back. When the manager called, he seemed to be in a great hurry and instead of assisting properly, he simply provided me with a WhatsApp number to continue the communication.I sent all the booking details via WhatsApp (all communication is attached), but instead of clarification, I was repeatedly sent a payment link stating that breakfast was excluded, which directly contradicted my official booking confirmation showing breakfast included.When I asked for clarification, my messages were ignored. I then called again, and the staff member I spoke with was extremely unprofessional and even laughed when I explained that my confirmation clearly states breakfast is included. His response was simply, “Not in my system.”I requested that they resend a correct payment link reflecting the confirmed breakfast inclusion so I could proceed with payment, but this was never done.The conversation became increasingly unacceptable, and the same staff member eventually stated that he “would not accept the booking,” as if he personally owned the property. At that point, after such poor treatment, I no longer wished to stay at the hotel either.I requested cancellation of the booking; however, this has still not been processed.I find this entire experience extremely disappointing, especially considering this booking was made directly through your official website. I kindly request immediate cancellation confirmation and appropriate action regarding the unprofessional behavior of your staff.

    Serious Hygiene & Safety Concerns – Not Acceptable for a Hilton PropertyI recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Topkapi for 4 nights and unfortunately experienced multiple serious hygiene and safety issues throughout my stay.Upon arrival, I found a used razor blade left in the room, which is a clear safety hazard and completely unacceptable. The hygiene standards were also very poor. The bathrobe provided had hair on it, and after reporting this and requesting replacements, the new bathrobes also contained hair. This showed a repeated failure in basic housekeeping.Food safety was another major concern. During my stay, raw chicken was served at the hotel, which poses a significant health risk. In addition, I had clearly informed staff that I have a nut allergy, yet I was still presented with complimentary desserts containing nuts. This is extremely concerning and could have resulted in a serious allergic reaction.I raised these issues with reception multiple times. The staff acknowledged and agreed with the concerns and stated that management had been informed. However, despite this, the issues were not properly resolved and in some cases were repeated.Overall, this was not a minor inconvenience but a pattern of serious hygiene and safety failures. For a Hilton-branded hotel, the standards fell far below expectations and significantly impacted my stay.I hope this is taken seriously and that improvements are made to ensure other guests do not experience the same issues.
