    Wow! What's a dirty place

    This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in.there were long black hair on the bathroom floor.Towels were so grey and hard as if it was the sand paper.The vent had lots of dust. Windows are very dirty, lots of dust on the tv.Air-conditioning is so poor that it's cooler outside than inside.the only good thing is reception - looks tidy and clean.just check my photos and you will understand what I meanit must have been a great place to stay 20 years ago, but I think the only renovations were done in reception, the rest is left to die. the place smells like rotten socksWould not recommend anyone to stay there! It's definitely not a Dream hotel!

    I stayed there with my wife last September for 3 nights. We were visiting our families in Istanbul and it was on great location to us. The room was clean, spacious and all necessary items were provided with it. It was comfortable in every way. The bathroom in the room was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was also quite good given its good location and good condition of the room. There was an issue with a driver of a tour bus who parked a bus in front of the hotel and blocked the parking exit. The driver was rude and ready to have a fight any moment. Since it was hotel's customer they should not let that bus driver to park there.     I was there for new year party together with my family and friends. Service was fast, waiters were helpfull and taste of the food and menu were nice. The volume of the music was so loud that we were not able to hear each other while we were having our dinner at the same table. The singer and band was very weak and the choice of their songs were really bad. I dont know who choose the band, but it was a mistake for sure.

    When is a 4* not a 4*? When it's this hotel

    I've had the misfortune to stay in this hotel on two separate occasions, I wasn't convinced it was a 4* hotel the last time and this visit confirmed it.The rooms is adequate, I was here for work and so didn't spend much time in the room but has a small t.v. safe etc all you would need but definitely nothing deluxe.Reception haven't been picularly helpful , I asked for a taxi and was told outside, but where outside?? In the end I got an Uber. Not everyone spoke English and while I appreciate I am in Turkey, this is marketed as a hotel for business travellers, so members who can communicate effectively would be a bonus.My rating is for the cleaners and room service staff. I won't be back for a third visit.

    More a nightmare than a dream

    Before you book make sure there isn't a wedding at the hotel! My bed was literally shaking with the music beat well into the nigh! They changed my room however music was so loud that even two floors down it was quite bad. The following morning I woke up only to discover that the door of my bathroom was locked (god knows how) and toilet inaccessible ...thankfully it did not happened with me inside without a phone however it took them 20 minutes to arrive! Gym : just don't go. Staff is nice but deco is outdated and room was not that clean. Won't return in a hurry
