  Safety issues

  Went there last week, 6 days. Bad points: had to beg for toilet paper (paid extra for "luxury room!") Items from room and money were taken when we were out and room locked (the only day it was cleaned) some money, not all, did they think I wouldn't notice? Office guy apologised but that's it. Could not answer how often are numbers changed on key pad. Location is convenient but in a red light area. No air drier, cutlery etc, or working air con as promised. And a weird thing: transparent (glass) door for toilet/bathroom, so we can see each other on toilet... Big TV which showed Turkish programs only. Oh and the road right in front of it is really very steep and not suitable for everyone.

  The worst experience in a hotel, ever

  We’ve had to complain to the hotel because of the bad maintenance of the room. The cleaning was not being doing properly (cleaning once every 2-3 days, disgusting), the floor so dirty, and they didn’t left supplies for us like the towels or toilet paper. The sheets were broken and the towel heater wasn’t working because it was completely destroyed.Besides that, we were stolen at the hotel, inside our room, and from the staff itself. I left my Apple Watch and Airpods on the table as they ran out of battery. When arriving back we found out that we don’t have them anymore. We are completely sure that were stolen because we left these 2 items on the table, under the TV.We complaint and the excuse of the hotel was that “we had a safe in our room, and we should use it”, they didn’t even apologize or tried to help. I have never used a safe in my life in a hotel and I’ve never faced any problem. This shows how irresponsible the hotel management is. They keep saying they didn’t but it’s clear as water.Also, after all this mess, 2 days before we left, we found people on our room, fixing some things on our room’s terrace, without even asking for our permission! And using the room water heater (the one to warm up the water for coffee/tea) as a tool to fix the problem.This is not acceptable and I hope nobody stays here.

  Disappointing

  Very disappointing from the pictures.Really hard to find.The owner wanted to charge us 60 euro more,for opening of a closed door,and didn't want to give us a copy of the key,pretending not to have one.

  nice design, scary street

  My boyfriend and I found this hotel through a booking site. We were looking for something nice on a hostel price. My boyfriend is Turkish so he knows the city, and loves Taksim. The hotel is not in the hart of Taksim, because its on the other side of the Tarlabasi blv. We arrived pretty late from Antalya, it was very hard to find the location and the side street was pretty scary. The gentleman at the reception was very friendly and talked to me on a very polite way (i think he speaks only turkish). We got a free upgrade, the biggest flame suit, only the bathroom was a little bit dusty, and the room was very sexy. Ladies can not stay there alone, but the area getting better and better, so developing very well. It was a nice trip, but we wont stay there again.

  Very friendly and helpfull staff. I visited hotel after holiday in Bulgaria 4* hotel and room was better and much more cleaner then 4*. Hotel is near Taksim Place (good location) but is in a bit dodgy area, but i hadn`t any trouble. Very dificult to find, I recomend to print good map or to call hotel (like i did) when you will be near. Very loud at night time because they praying in 3.30 morning, I recomend to buy ears plug.
