    extremely dirty hotel, zero hygiene. Breakfast?!! Disgusting! they should pay serious attention to hygiene, I have never been to a dirtier hotel.The bathroom was not cleaned by the visitors before us. Big mistake is staying here. Be careful in your selection for hotel!

    Very poor hotel . I don’t feel safe. Very dirty place especially terras , eating tables, and rooms . There is not any water bottles to drink. Little beds and angry workers. Receptionist was very disrespect to us when we said we didn’t like hotel . Actually it is not hotel it is motel and not for family, not for children. I change my hotel after see with my eyes not in Internet

    I think if you're going to stay in this hotel you need to manage your expectations. Taking into account the location of the hotel and we stayed at the height of summer I thought we got a great deal. I understand the concerns other reviewers had about the size of the room and the lack of light. Yes, my room was small but adequate, and so were the shower and Air-con.This is not a hotel you book and plan to relax in your room for long periods. It's a hotel you book to explore Istanbul, with most of the attractions on your doorstep and excellent transport links.The check-in staff are helpful and always ready to help, with directions, taxis and even arranging airport transfers. The breakfast wasn't great, so we opted just to eat out.If you're looking for a base to stay in, a location or on a budget then this is a great choice. If you're looking for a bit more hotel comfort, you might want to look elsewhere.I've noticed prices have increased recently, but if you get a good deal then it's worth it.

    We stayed in this hotel for couple of days unfortunately. The rooms are very small, this hotel has the smallest single beds I have ever seen. We stayed in the ground floor which has no natural light whatsoever. The breakfast options are limited and of a poor quality: The lady who serves the breakfast and is the main housekeeper is very rude and unhelpful.We had no TV in our room and the internet connection was very bad. The hotel has nice decor and is in a good location but the beds size, small rooms, tv, internet connection and poor customer service experience from the lady who works in the canteen spoilt our experience unfortunately.     Stayed here for 3 nights.Hotel is located in a side street and can easily be missed when searching for it. The hotel reception guy was very friendly and helpful (forgot his name)Room size was not a large as I expected or how it may seem in the images but was good enough as I'm personally not a fussy person to start nit picking on minute details. The hotel was clean, and service was great. Views from the top floor breakfast area were great, but from the room you will probably be looking at the building opposite. The best bit is that this hotel is right in the heart of all the shopping markets and 5-10 min walk to grand bazaar, tram line to take you down to blue mosque, Sophia hagia and the rest. Overall, it was a good hotel for a low budget for the lads only on a short break.Thankyou to the staff and owner for all their help and service they provided.
