  A terrible experience...

  The hotel is, of course, not of three stars. The breakfast is terrible: almost everything seems to be made form plastic. The rooms are almost big enough, but nobody is cleaning them. You have to ask for toilet paper and towels. There are no glasses in the room, no water in bottles, and there is, of course, no minibar. The small bar in the lobby is almost empty. Nothing seems to work: internet, television, lights. There are only two plugs in a room, and a very small garbage basket in the bathroom. The window is not alwayas closing and, of course, it is very dirty. The staff looks as if it is always upset, if you have a demand. Abnyway, I did not manage what is the number of the reception, because it was not offered to me. There are no smiles. You cannot obtain a second card for a room. The rule is one room, one card: it dosen't matter how many persons are living in that room.And one more thing: if the staff has no answer to your problem, you cannot ask that the staff would ask the manager, because he/she is a too important person to be disturbed at 9.00 PM, because, probably, is already sleeping.Of course, sometimes, you may have the luck to find a kind person, ready to help you (it happened to me once). Be sure that it is an exception!!

  Cancelled my booking the day before i was travelling

  I was travelling to Istanbul, and have planned everything such as travel-plans for visiting tourist attractions etc. from this hotel.They cancelled my reservation THE DAY BEFORE I was leaving. Lol. Is that fair? I called them up, and the nonchalant and arrogant guy who picked up the prohone told me, that they gave my room to another person because I chose the option to pay on arrival instead of paying online. I don't know, it seems sketchy. I'm low-key okay with it, because of the terrible reviews on here. Anyway, if you book this hotel, pay right away or they will cancel. The guy told me that they cancel people if they don't pay right away on hotels.com.

  The worst hotel

  I wanted to let you know about my bad experience with this hotel,they said it’s four stars but this not true,all rooms are disaster,dirty and terrible service,I recommend never take this hotel if you’ll don’t like lost your money.Please check your hotel before you book.

  This hotel is dirty, unclean, unfriendly staff don’t waste your money and time at this hotel . I had to look for another hotel I checked out after few hours of checking in because room was untidy , dust was everything and the whole room was full of smoke .

  Lower your expectations for this Hotel. Has nothing to do with 3 star hotel, as we changed 2 rooms and both were dirty. The bathroom is even worse - you're taking shower like you're in a camp. The discos nearby are making a lot of noise, so if you're light sleeper prepare for troubles. There are many refugees in the area and in the hotel as well. They did clean daily, but still dirty after that. Location is acceptable as tram and metro are 5 6 mins walk, but this should not be your buy in - Avoid the hotel !
