    The hotel was great and staff was very friendly. The location is prime for food, shopping and site seeing. The staff in the morning making breakfast was great and food was excellent. Never tried half of the dishes before but they were all good.

    We stayed in Emerald Hotel for five days. The staff made our stay extremely comfortable. Location is close to public transport, food n many ports. Can never thank you enough staff Neslihan, Usama, Izlem n Canan for being so kind, friendly, respectful n helpful to us. I highly recommend this hotel for a holiday stay. Nayyer Khan

    The hotel staff were very polite and accommodating to us. Very helpful. The actual hotel is small but overall to a good standard. The breakfast room is too small if the hotel is full and some of the finishes are looking very tired in the rooms. However, none of this would make us not stay there again. Location is great if you like the hustle and bustle of a city.

    Rooms were good and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good as well. Osama and Hussein at the reception were very helpful and the Manager personally checked on us of the status at the hotel.I would recommend Emerald hotel for people who want to stay around Taksim

    We were initially happy to stay in this hotel as the pictures impressed us at booking.com but we were completely wrong . Kindly don’t get mesmerised and fooled by the pictures . We landed at night in this hotel and the reception guy was very rude , uncooperative and demanded more money even after booking properly at booking.com!! The breakfast wasn’t good , the bread was old , even the tea was awful.Although at booking.com it says it’s 4 star rating but it’s 3 star or below !! The bedroom was claustrophobic and tiny and the kettle looked old with no cups for tea. The sheets were stained, the smell in the bedrooms from the toilet didn’t let us stay there for more than a night!!!We escaped the following day after we checked in . We asked for refund but booking.com refused as the owner refused.Plz never stay in this hotel !!!!!!What a nightmare !!
