Location

Ideally located in Beyazit in the historical district of Istanbul, the hotel is just a couple of minutes' walk from the Grand Bazaar and the other attractions of Sultanahmet, such as Topkapi Palace, are within a 10-20 minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within a short walk of the establishment. Ataturk Airport is about 15 km from the establishment and Sabiha Gökçen Airport is some 50 away.

Facility

The hotel has 2 suites, 5 single rooms and 25 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee).     He helped us a lot during our stay in Istanbul. He was very kind to explain everything to you. Very good guys. We will go again. The best is the lady in the reception very polite very good English it’s not easy to find an Istambul somebody to speak good English I returned back to this hotel.

    The location is AMAZING. It is right next to the tram line, a 3 minute walk from grand bazaar and a 10-15 min walk to hagia sophia and topkapi palace. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was quite versatile. The hotel and the rooms were clean and very quiet. I would highly reccomend!

    Hotel is just located near tramway line (Laleli station) in Fatih. Close to money exchangers, lots of shops and restaurants. The area is mainly a tourist area and food prices can be on the high side.Room quite small but it is ok for few nights stay. Breakfast could be improved (e.g by providing omelette , fried eggs etc..).

    It was an awful experience with them..First of all dont trust the photos what has been given to there website.its completely different.the room we stayed was big but the window was broken(i will provide photos)..Breakfast was not good at all.only few item and the bread they surved it was may be 10 or 15 days ago's.there was mold in the bread(i will attached a photo for prove).My 2 years baby had their bread and he had loose stool twice.they dont clean the juice and water machine.it was not refill of changed for long times.and there was a very bad smell from water and juice..They didnt provide any bottle of water with out room..we bought from outside. First of all, you are not telling the truth. The truth is;1- Our windows are not broken. It is surprising that you havent seen that type of window before, which allows you to get fresh air by opening half way.2- The pictures on the web are accurate. 3- Our breakfast is fantastic! we serve Turkish breakfast and it consist of almost 50 different things. you can see for yourself, If you take a few min to read the reviews about our hotel.4- Our juicer is cleaned every day, probably you were missed it while looking for any mistakes.We think you wrote it all over the place because you dirty all the towels with your make-up. You had to pay for them but you left the hotel. We have added you to the black list from which you will not be able to make a reservation in our facility again.

    Unfortunately, the experience with Emporium Hotel in Istanbul was not. Completely successful, on the contrary, it was a bad experience. very. Even worse. An experience in my life from the first moment, and depending on the fact that we are permanent customers in the Expedia application, we were optimistic, as usual, but when we arrived at the hotel. Because of the delay of the Turkish plane, it was 11 o'clock at night, and from the first moment they told us that they were. They can't accept us because the rooms are not available knowing that we have already booked the room. Two weeks before that fateful night...... On the contrary, they told us that they could not do anything. something. In order not to stay on the street that night, they offered us hotels. close to them. The most expensive. And less rated, and for a limited period, we will then move to another hotel....all of this happened. And time goes by and we're on the street. ........ In particular, a more than bad experience that will make us reconsider Expedia hotel reviews ....... I advise everyone. by not. deal with this hotel. Also check ratings. Expedia. For hotels....
