    The location is very central, almost directly next to the large bazaar. The sights can be reached on foot if you are fit.The facilities are relatively good; we were always on the go. The most important thing is that it's clean and that the staff is very nice, friendly, and helpful. Based on my experience, I can highly recommend it.

    Everything was perfect. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel, booked a Standard room through booking.com and got a free upgrade on arrival to Deluxe room. Service is great, we felt welcomed by staff, everyone was nice to us. The breakfast has a good choice and it's great that it lasts until 10:30 if you want to stay in bed longer. The location is perfect, close to Grand Bazar and Beyazit tram station. We slept really well on the beds.Room was clean on arrival and checked everyday.Also the minibar drinks are affordable.

    The staff at this hotel were very helpful, especialy Osman, Tskender, and Baran. The first room they offered was not what we booked, so they provided us with a nice suite. The room comes with a very good breakfast. There is a nice garden area where you can eat your breakfast or have a cupe of coffee. First floor romms get a little noise in the morning. You should note that their is and eight block up hill walk to the tram on cobblestone streets.

    I left an honest and detailed review on booking.com of 6/10 with explanations of the good and poor factors relating to my score. The staff then contacted me on WhatsApp to bribe me with a refund to change my review to a 10 and delete the commentary. See photos below and exercise caution when booking this hotel! Turkey has been a wonderful experience otherwise and the 6 hotels Ive stayed in at similar price points have been spectacular.
