This hotel is located at the heart of the tourist centre, close to the sea. Restaurants, bars and links to the transport network can easily be reached on foot (all lie about 500 m away).

A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     This hotel didn't disappoint. It is a traditional style hotel with very good service and exceptional staff. I believe it has just 60 bedrooms which makes it very personable. We chose it for its great location for a short break in Istanbul on a B&B Package. If feels classic luxury with a rooftop bar which was opened just for us as it was the beginning of the season. All the facilities were spot on with a very good breakfast choice. We didnt use the evening restaurant as we wanted to explore.The staff are the making of the hotel and they went out of their way to suggest places to go and do. Whilst they can arrange pick up tours they also gave personal tour advice. Bilal on the front of house was particularly helpful for us giving his top places to visit in our limited 3 day timeframe.     Superb location for all of the major sites in Istanbul. Staff were fantastic especially Bilal on reception who gave loads of good tips on where to go and how to get there. Rooms were a good size and were cleaned each day if required. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel if visiting Istanbul.     Great location and lovely people but some weak spots

    The hotel is in a great location and the team running it are lovely. There are some very good aspects - the public areas are lovely and beds comfortable and it has a nice outside terrace with great views of the Blue Mosque (a bit too cold to use when we were there). I have graded it average though as there are some weak spots which do not stack up with it being marketed as a luxury boutique hotel. The bathroom was really quite tired and the room decor was also fairly tired with scratched furniture. The breakfast was ok but not as good as similar graded hotels. The room we had to start with was unbearably hot and so we had to move to a different floor as it was not possible to adjust the heating/aircon in an individual room. The new room was better but still quite hot and the windows open onto a busy street so very noisy if you need the windows open.
