    We paid in advance a non refundable rate £770.Arrived and was given our room, the room hadn’t been cleaned and had the last people’s belongings in so we went back to reception and was told it hadn’t been cleaned and they would sort it out immediately. We were given a room to wait it which was smaller and dirty. Myself and my husband injured ourselves on a bit of metal sticking out from the bed. The toilet was leaking. We was assured that the room was being cleaned and would be available for us soon. 3 HOURS LATER… we finally got our room. It was absolutely FILTHY. The pictures speak for themselves. Had to find alternate accommodation and was refused a refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS HORRENDOUS HOTEL

    My girlfriend and I spent 5 days in this fantastic hotel.The room was clean and perfect; the breakfast was delicious and changed every morning.Special thanks to the receptionists who provided us info and advices about Istanbul, especially Bekir, who made us feel at ease since the moment we arrived with his friendliness and courtesy.The hotel is strategically located, close to public transport (trams and metro).We can’t wait to return to Istanbul and in this magnificent hotel!

    Great Location, But Disappointing Service for a Special Occasion!

    The hotel’s location is undeniably convenient, right next to the main metro station—perfect for getting around the city. However, the service left much to be desired, especially considering the importance of our stay.Six months prior to our arrival, I had requested a quiet room due to sleep difficulties. I was pleased to receive a positive response and felt confident in their attentiveness. I also informed the hotel that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Sadly, upon arrival, we were given a room on the front side of the hotel, on the second floor—directly above the metro station.When I showed them the email confirming my request, the staff made no effort to accommodate us or offer an alternative room. As a result, we endured four sleepless nights.To make matters worse, the room was uncomfortably hot due to the heating being on. I asked for the air conditioning to be activated, but was told it wasn't possible because the system was still set to winter mode. We woke up each morning with headaches from the heat, and keeping the window open wasn’t an option due to the street noise.Despite mentioning our anniversary, not a single gesture was made to acknowledge the occasion—not even a greeting. On a rainy day, I asked for an umbrella and was simply told they had none available, which I found unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.All in all, while the location is excellent, the lack of care, follow-through, and customer service really impacted our experience—especially on such a special trip.
