    I spent one night here because of a long layover with Turkish Airlines. Check in was quick. I found the staff helpful.The room was nice. A comfortable bed. A small refrigerator. An electric tea kettle. A nice bathroom.The hotel was quiet. It is near the metro and buses. Walking distance to small restaurants and shops.I had an early flight so I didn't have breakfast. I had dinner and the food was good.I was happy with my stay. I would stay here again if I was visiting Istanbul.     Clean, but not deserve 5 star

    I was there for 3 nights, the reception was helpful and changed our room when we asked for changing due to street noise. The room was clean and staff was friendly, but the electronic door lock was broken so we should waiting for an hour to staff fixed that during our second day of stay. The breakfast was normal but not in range of a 5 star hotel.     We were put in this hotel after our delayed Turkish airlines flight caused us to miss our connecting flight. By the time we retrieved our luggage etc it was close to 1am. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. I’m not sure who classified it 5 star but it’s 3 star at very best. We were provided breakfast and lunch. Breakfast was mediocre and lunch was appalling. It’s on a busy dual carriageway and sound proofing is non existent. It’s in a commercial area so no chance to even half a walk round.     5 Stars is Joke. The hotel is not interested in good customer service nor listening to ways to improve.

    We stayed at this hotel because we missed our connecting flight on Turkish Airlines. Turkish Airlines was the provider. The whole experience was a disaster. We arrived at the hotel by bus at 8.30 pm with many other stranded passengers to find only 2 slow dis-interested people on the check in desk and no system to try and deal with the 100 people that arrived together. The check in took 1.5 hours. We finally got a cheap poor quality “canteen” style buffet dinner at 10.00 pm. The hotel is not 5 Star. It may have been once but it’s a 3 star at best and in a semi commercial area with nothing of interest or use surrounding it. Clearly it a cheap deal for Turkish Airlines who seem to specialize in stuffing up people’s flights and has to accommodate them overnight.
