    Everything was brilliant starting from pickup at the airport, check-in and through to the end. Staff is attentive and very helpful, speak Turkish and English but easy communicate through translator. Fantastic breakfasts, every day (we stayed there four nights) something new. Rooms are clean, served daily, towels changed every day. Everything in the room worked: fridge, A/C, etc. Our room faced backyard, very quiet. If needed they can help to arrange city tours. Definitely recommended.

    If you're looking for a hotel that feels like home, Eurostars Hotel Old City is the place to stay.From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine kindness. The reception was helpful, always ready to answer questions, offer advice, and make our stay more comfortable. Every single person we met—whether at breakfast, in the corridors, or during cleaning—was incredibly friendly and caring.The location is unbeatable: just a short walk to Istanbul’s most iconic sights, like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and more. It made exploring the city with kids easy and enjoyable.The hotel itself is slightly old but extremely clean. Housekeeping came every day, and if we needed anything, the staff responded immediately and went out of their way to help.And the breakfast? Absolutely amazing. Fresh, delicious, and full of variety—there was something for everyone, including our kids. It gave us the perfect start to each day.Traveling with children, especially a child with special needs, is not always easy—but here, we felt seen, supported, and respected. The way they treated both of our children, including our toddler, was so kind and thoughtful. That alone meant the world to us.If you're a family, especially with young kids or children with special needs, and want a safe, clean, welcoming hotel in the historic heart of Istanbul, I wholeheartedly recommend Eurostars Hotel Old City. It made our trip not only possible but truly special.

    A nice comfortable centrally located hotel. The breakfast spread is good with a lot of options. In close proximity to public transport hence easy to move around. It has a lot of restaurants around for local cuisine. Overall a great place to stay.

    I was in eurostars hotel last week.was wonderfull accomodation for me and my family.staff,room,breakfast,location really amazing.will visit again.ı recommend this hotel to all.the staff try to do their best for the guests.the hotel is closed to all historical places.also the public transportation ,tram,bus and fary are very near to the hotel 1 minutes by walking distance.

    Disrespect and unacceptable behaviour from your service's stuff ! Teach and educate professionally your services, and tell them that they absolutely mustn't make fun of other's religion Worst/racist...
