    Terrible Experience – Do Not Book Ever Hotel Europe

    I had a confirmed and fully paid reservation at Ever Hotel Europe from 19 September to 2 October 2025. Despite my confirmed booking, the hotel suddenly forced us to leave 2 nights earlier. The staff were extremely unprofessional, refused to let us speak to the manager, and treated us with complete disrespect.This was a clear breach of contract and caused us serious stress and extra costs. Even though the refund was processed, the experience was unacceptable and ruined our trip.I strongly advise future travelers: do not trust this hotel. They can cancel your stay at any moment, without responsibility.

    This hotel is very dirty and grimy towel stained mattresses stained. Cats everywhere, cat hair everywhere. We even found cat here in the food. Rims were filthy fridge were filthy and we was told that is a whole old Hotel that’s why it’s so dirty. Regularly we saw prostitutes checking in.

    I had to stay overnight, due to my flight cancellation. Turkish airlines provided me with this accommodation until the next available flight. Food was like prison food. Room was ok. Receptionists couldn’t speak English at all. ”I don’t know” was their favorite sentence. After having to wait so long for the terrible food. I got back to my room just to realize that some stuff broke into my room and stole my jewelry!!!!!! They know that only people with delay or cancellation get there and leave within few hours. So they take advantage of the situation and stole my jewelry!!!! I couldn’t get anywhere because of language barrier. Also I asked the receptionist to wake me up at 2am in order to get ready for the shuttle. They wrote down my room number and everything. Yet they failed to call. All they said was sorry. They treated Turkish citizens differently. Very shameful. Terrible experience. WiFi also was so terrible you couldn’t even send a massage.

    This hotel shouldn’t be open we have a family room in this hotel the room smells very bad not clean at all if you remove the bed sheets the beds are in mess no smoking room but you call smell the smoke from the corridor you can’t see outside from the room because windows haven’t been cleaned for very long timeReception staff is very rudeDinner service is very less and no taste at all.Will never stay here again and would not recommend at all.

    RUDE Receptionist, HORRIBLE FITLY PLACE

    Turkish airline had cancelled our flight and my family and i were sent there to stay over night. The check-in was very long (mind this, we has stayed at airport for 5 hours already, with 2 babies and my sister with mental disability). the staff and receptionist were extremely rude. The rooms were , dirty, mold everywhere. There were 6 of us, we were given 2 rooms with 2 beds. Then they squeezed in a small bed in between the 2 beds. It had VOMIT and stains all over it, sheets were dirty. There was NO room to even walk. There was 1 towel for the entire family. The rooms smelled like cigarette and we MOLD, and we were coughing all night. The staff at the front treated us like were prisoner escapees. WE DIDNT CHOOSE TO BE THERE, and we got treated so crappy and rude. HORRIBLE PLACE. Nothing like the pictures you see online, IT IS ALL LIES
