    Time to change my beloved hotel

    It's a no more from me!After picking this hotel 5 times out of 10 in the last 8 years, it won't make it to 6. Maybe it's the time to move on and reconsider my choices.Although it was renovated after the pandemic, the room I stayed in was awful; the toilet was a disaster. The staff and location were perfect tough.

    Everything was terrible they were like, don't speak in english only arabic and turkey, we had booked for 6 nights because we thought it is nice and clean, but when we entered the room everything was dirty from beds to toilet, and the staff was way too lazy their receiption was always empty we felt like it it a scam place, by tomorrow morning we paid the fee of other nights that we changed our reservation, and run for our life.....!

    We booked 2 nights, at first we thought it's a cosy decent place, then:1. No one speaks English.2. We were 2 people and we asked for 2 key cards more than 5 times (they only gave us 1), everytime they told us "ok give us 10 minutes". Staff were super lazy.3. We entered the room, toilet was not clean and we had to clean it ourselves!4. Last incident, i put out the sign of DO NOT DISTURB on the door, as I also told the guy verbally Do Not Clean or enter the room!! Guess what? They entered the room while we were out to clean up without our permission!Hope they improve these points.You still can find cheap hotels with better services. I would never go back there.

    Facility is old, small room, unfortunately the Air condition was not working!! Τhe breakfast is miserable...Briefly it was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Bathroom is very dΙrty really...The only advantage is the location...Nothing at all...

    The hotel is ok staff was helpful and friendly good location Room was to small cleanliness is average breakfast was below basics and dining area is small I had to share the table with others.It’s good if you are solo traveler for few days.
