    Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid this hotel big time. Liars, thieves. I booked with them a room with my partner but because of the war in the middle east, my flight was cancelled. I asked them to move the date till the situation improves. They agreed but then when contacted them to agree new date they refused and blocked me. They are very unprofessional and liars. If this is what they do before you stay with them, can you imagine how it is like while you are staying at the hotel?? Liars

    the hotel location is excellent 2 minutes walk from Taksim square, it is clean, the rooms very basic, amenities the minimum, we stayed in the hotel before and it was excellent but this time it was disappointing it is like the hotel has been abondoned, no maintenance the rooms very basic, doors not maintained, bathrooms as well, the elevator makes a sound, we stayed on 6th floor there was little noise, but our friends who stayed in the 1st floor said it was too noisy, when we checked-in we were offered a room in the lobby i remember when we stayed the first was a luggage room, the breakfast is very very basic, even some items were serviced from the day before, i know it is a 3 stars hotel, but there is a minimum; i have to say that we cam early and they let keep the luggage in the lobby and have a coffee, same for checkout, the team were gentle and nice, if you are looking for a basic hotel in a walking distance from taksim square Ferman Hilal is your hotel, but for the rest is very basic; The management needs to maintain the hotel and renovate it.

    ⸻I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent — close to many restaurants with easy access to both the metro and bus. The reception staff were very friendly, respectful, and always helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The cleaning team did a fantastic job, and the breakfast was fresh and satisfying every morning.I stayed for about two weeks and was extremely happy and comfortable throughout. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

    Worst hotel everWe booked 2 rooms in the hotel for 6 nights and due to my sister sickness (she had a contagious disease we asked the hotel to amend our booking and push it for 2 weeks to get recovery and send them the doctor rapport but they refused disregarding the safety of its hotel guests and they don't mind to spread the illness in their hotel they don't care about the safety of their guests.So they took our money..The hotel management are inhumane and greedy disrespectful .The issue could simply be solved by changing the dates but its clearly don't care about their guests wellbeing all they care about is taking money.Not recommended at all obviously they don't care about health so it could be contagious and unhealthy hotel.

    This hotel was the worst place I’ve ever been in My life we stayed three nights first night the fire alarm went on with no reason for 20 mn there excuse was the power shut down the fire alarm started,second night the elevator broke down instead of going up it felt down 2 floors in one second and it took the staff 30 mn to open the elevator door to rescue us without any apologies or feeling sorry for what happened with the elevator they did not even offer us at list cup of water after staying more then half an hour without knowing what will happen to us, I don’t recommend this hotel to any one plus they offer breakfast with the staying at this hotel you go to breakfast coffee is cold only few things to eat we ask for eggs the answer was we have no more so again this is a very bad memory for visiting Turkey special this stupid hotel.
