  I checked in at this hotel on 16 September and my room number was 2000.When i got into the hotel everything was so clean and the smell of the hotel was so fresh.The guys at the front desk they were amazinggg i dont remember their names but they were so polite and kind with us and helped us with every question that we had also at the 4 floor they had an amazing view i would like to thank the guy who was working at the front desk he had a radio also because he walked me up to the rooftop so i could enjoy that beautiful view.A big up for housekeeping they cleaned our room every day they were fantastic.And also we enjoyed the mos delicious breakfast.This was my best experience and i hope i will come again soon.

  My own experience in Istanbul

  The hotel staff were very attentive, helpful, and charismatic at all times. Special mention goes to the breakfast staff, receptionists Yashar and Resul, and bellboys Mahmaud and Muhamed. The only thing I didn't like very much was how to get to the hotel, as cars can't reach the main entrance and you have to go through some narrow streets. It's not far, but I suggest that the bellboys always be on the lookout to wait for you in a specific area where the taxi drops you off.

  Enjoyable Karakoy Stay

  We stayed for three nights at this charming hotel in the Karaköy neighborhood of Istanbul and had a great experience. The customer service was excellent — especially the front desk staff, who were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. They really came through when we needed assistance and made us feel welcome from the start.The team at the rooftop restaurant was just as impressive. We had the buffet breakfast there every morning, and the staff went out of their way to help us, even giving us a hand with our Turkish. And the Turkish coffee? Absolutely loved it!Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a friendly, comfortable stay in a great location

  Thanks to the reception staff Zinoor and the entire staff who made our stay pleasant and memorable on a daily basis, always smiling and happy to help. I stayed here in the triple deluxe room. The hotel was very accessible from the tram which is just outside the lane, 2 minute walk. The room was clean and they cleaned it daily, you just had to indicate on their electronic system. They also generously provide free unlimited packaged drinking water which we availed of throughout the stay. The breakfast spread was very elaborate, complete with everything you would expect in a continental and Turkish breakfast (including 5-6 different types of cheeses) and to be honest some of the best baked goods and cakes I had in Istanbul were in this hotel. Their staff was very helpful when it came to local recommendations or even assisting with luggage pickup and drop from the main street which I felt was really kind and thoughtful of them. You can tell that they all really care about their guests. Many restaurants are nearby. If you are coming to Istanbul for the first time I would recommend staying here as all major tourist attractions were nearby like Blue Mosque, sultanahmet and hagia sophia. You could even walk to some of them. There is also a boat cruise Karakoy station 5 mins walk. The only one thing to be mindful of — this is next to a mosque and that meant you could hear their prayers on a loudspeaker every morning so if you like to sleep in late, this is something to be mindful of. To be honest for me it just added to the overall cultural experience. They also offered complimentary pickup from the hotel in a private vehicle because I stayed for 8 days. If you stay for more than 4 nights they provide this but you need to ask in advance as they dont actively advertise this.

  Great location for visiting Istanbul with very helpful staff.

  Pros- great location, very friendly service, comfortable bed, great breakfast with good view of river from breakfast room. Cons - from what we saw of other rooms, we may have been the last to arrive that day but our ‘superior double’ felt like a converted cupboard it was so small. And they need to improve on cleaning. Looked fine on surface but when looking under the bed for something we’d dropped it was very dirty. May be cos very hard to get hoovers etc into small room but still. Would stay again here but would check room allocation in advance.
