  I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. From the moment I checked in, the atmosphere was not welcoming, which set the tone for the rest of my stay.The room itself was quite dark, with some lights not working properly. The bathroom also had issues, including a leaking toilet, which was inconvenient. Overall, the furniture and facilities felt very old and in need of a complete modernisation.The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location — it is about a 20-minute walk from the Blue Mosque, which was convenient for sightseeing.However, due to the condition of the rooms and the lack of upkeep, I would not choose to stay here again.

  A little gem in Istanbul

  The hospitality at these family run apartments are second to none, nothing was too much trouble, if they could help they would. Perfectly located within walking distance to all the main sights. Apartment super clean and spacious, maid came in every other day. Supermarket about a 5 minute walk but plenty of fruit stalls at the bottom of the road. Restaurants plentiful too. First time for us in Turkey and have found the people so lovely! Mind you, you have to be pretty mobile and relatively fit to get up the hills…

  A recent visit to this delightful and charming apartment in Istanbul was very rewarding. A very comfortable apartment with separate bedroom, bathroom and living room, good wifi connection, range of international tv channels and a washing machine in the kitchen. The latter was especially much appreciated after a week's travel in Anatolia. Friendly and very helpful host. Perhaps the range of kitchen utensils could be expanded for those who prefer to prepare their own meals. At least 3 supermarkets in close proximity and a few local eateries, bakeries and fruit shops.

  We thought we got a far unit from the old town centre but we were pleasantly surprised with the location!The staff was very helpful, and helped us to checked in and carried out bags to the third floor (we arrived around 8pm).The apartment was clean, neat, tidy, and have all the utilities one needs. They provide plenty of towels and toiletries e.g. shampoo and shower gel bottles. Oh yes, the cleaner actually came to make up the room everyday, something which we didn't expect for an apartment.The unit came with aircond, washing machine and heater too if you need it in winter.Internet was fast too.Walking distance from the city old town, hippodrome, the mosques and a little further to the Grand Bazaar.Mivan restaurant is just a stone throw away (check out their reviews) and plenty of eateries about 50m from the apartment.They helped arranged transportation to the airport too, and the driver was very punctual.I would come here again if I come to Istanbul. Great location, quiet at night, and friendly staff. Oh yes, do check our their tour package. It's significantly more cost effective compared to what's advertised. Talk to the manager.

  Nice and cozy place

  Clean and cozy apartments very close to the historic center of the city. Clean sheets and new pillows! These is a wonderful terrace with great view on the roof. Thank you our comfortable stay here!A little bit noisy but it's Istanbul :)
