Location

The city hotel enjoys a spectacular location on the European side of the Bosphorus with views across to the Asian side. The trendy Ortaköy Square is approximately 1500 m to the north along the Bosphorus, while Taksim Square and the nightlife of Beyoğlu are 3 km away. The must-see attractions at Sultanahmet are about 6 km from the hotel. Guests will find links to the public transport network in the immediate vicinity to take guests to the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sofia and Nişantaşı in around 10 min, Dolmabahçe Palace in roughly 5 min and the spice market in approximately 25 min. The restaurants, bars and shops in Ortaköy are approximately 1500 m from the historical hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 170 non-smoking rooms located in a 3-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. Other amenities available include an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant (with high chairs), a breakfast room and a bar. Bed and breakfast can be booked. A generous breakfast buffet, brunch, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Four Seasons is always a consistent experience, this hotel was no different. We had a delightful stay here, albeit very short. Our room was large and comfortable, perhaps a little dated, but clean tidy and well maintained.The team were extremely friendly, warm and welcoming.We managed to squeeze in a visit to their bar and Aqua restaurants both were very good and we would recommend.     First of all, I would like to mention that my expectations were higher, but the reality did not fully match them.However, the hotel was clean, the rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff were friendly. We especially liked the restaurants and the breakfast.We stayed at the hotel for 3 days, and overall it was good. However, I think the pillows should be changed — they were too soft for comfortable sleep.I would definitely recommend choosing a sea-view room; otherwise, it is not really worth the price.Additionally, having to book the Turkish bath in advance does not create a very good experience.Thank you.     During our visit to the hotel, which is located quite far from central areas, we were particularly disappointed by the unprofessional and overly casual attitude of Ms. Ebru, who introduced herself as a sales representative. Her behavior unfortunately cast a shadow over the reputation of your institution.Additionally, the overall quality seems to have declined compared to the past, and the breakfast menu was rather limited. Overall, I do not consider this to have been a very satisfying experience.For these reasons, I am giving a low rating. Thank you.

    We had lunch at Yali, sitting outside on a beautiful day March 2026, with a fantastic view of the Bosphorous, watching boats glide by.I had the chicken Caesar salad with a chicken breast on top- very good meat, very fresh salad.My husband had the Baluk Ekmek- which he LOVED.Yes the prices are high (as others complained about).But it is a Four Seasons hotel, we felt the price was acceptable for the service, the food and the view.
