  Worst hotel I have ever stayed in !

  I travelled to Istanbul for a medical operation and chose your hotel because it was within walking distance of my hospital. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations, and I encountered numerous issues during my stay.I was assigned a very poor room with several problems. I reported all of these issues to three different staff members; however, I was neither offered a new room nor were any of the problems resolved.The shower screen was missing, which made it impossible to take a shower without splashing water everywhere. After every shower, I had to dry the floor with towels to prevent slipping. Having just undergone surgery, this situation was particularly unsafe for me.The shower taps kept switching between cold and hot, making it extremely difficult to shower comfortably. I had to constantly adjust the temperature to avoid getting burned. Again, it was extremely difficult to have a shower while I’m trying not get my face wet.The safety lock on the door was broken. As a woman staying alone, I felt unsafe and uncomfortable sleeping in the room each night.The air conditioner did not work, and the room became uncomfortably hot at night. This was especially concerning for me as someone recovering from surgery, since maintaining a stable body temperature was important to prevent infection.The refrigerator door was missing, and the LED light inside was so bright that it kept me from sleeping. I had to cover it with towels to block the light.The walls were extremely thin, allowing me to hear everything from the neighbouring rooms. When someone upstairs dropped something, the noise was so loud that it startled me. Additionally, whenever someone flushed the toilet above my room, I could hear the water running directly overhead.I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I have never encountered such conditions before.

  A dirty rundown place.

  This hotel is at best a 2-star property which advertises itself as a 4-star. It's a rundown building with dirty rooms, dirty hallways, entrance and lobby. Even the neighborhood is dirty. The hallways are so narrow that you constantly hear conversations from cross rooms, not to mention the thin walls to next door rooms. The shower stall is so small that you can't even bend your knee. The mattress was extremely firm and very uncomfortable. You'll definitely get a back ache! All in all a very unpleasant stay.

  I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking this hotel. The bathrooms constantly smell like sewage, and the exhaust fan does not work at all, which makes the situation even worse. The air conditioning is extremely poor and barely functions, leaving the room hot and uncomfortable. Overall, this hotel completely ruined my stay — save your money and stay somewhere else.

  I was there for three night place of hotel is excellent stuff is very good breakfast good reception is very helpful room they cleaned it every day But there are insects to the point that my wife has acne on her hands I hope the hotel management takes this into consideration .

  Very good service! Lovely rooms, staff are very patient with us as we dont speak the same language but are quite fluent speakers. Shop just across the road and nice food and alot of places to see which are just round the corner also. I recommend coming to four sides hotel clean and respectful place thanks for having us, Thanks niki lovely receptionist!!
