  Please don’t ever stay in this hotel. It’s over priced. They are very dishonest and scammers. I booked this hotel via booking.com with free cancellation. After one hour of booking mine I immediately cancelled as I found better deal elsewhere. But they charged my card more than the price of the quote and when I requested refund they asked me to come via booking.com and then they say it will take 30 business days to refund my money. Just keep away from this hotel. You will loose your money for nothing.

  fraud hotel! dont book this one. i booked this hotel via booking and they withdraw the money frommy credit card even though i cancel it for free. they told me that they are doing the preauthorization but NO! they withdraw the funds. si be carefull when booking this hoteland hotels in istanbul in general.

  Booked this hotel based on great booking reviews (9.0). I do regret a lot as it’s very basic 2 star, more like bed and breakfast. The only 2 positive things are: location (which is amazing) and hotel staff (folks are going extra mile to help you) + nice to have fridge in the room Rest is terrible (we stayed in room 202)1) everything is super basic, so think about the cheapest furniture you can buy - it will be there 2) door handles are broken, locks not operating properly either3) toilet flush button broken as well so water keep running all the time4) cracks on the ceiling and walls5) very strong detergent smell when we entered the room which stayed for 10+ hours 6) soundproof? Don’t think this word can be used as you can literally hear everything happening in the street and at the hotel Overall - was ok to survive for one night but will not stay there again. I’m sure you can find much better places for €100/night

  I cannot understand the high rate of reviews for what is essentially a hovel. I turned up in the early morning due to flight schedule and was taken up several steep flights of dirty stairs to a room that was filthy. There had obviously been a water leak as laminate flooring was buckled and unevenly raised, potentially causing danger. There was a very nasty stain on the sofa and the bed was just nasty. The bathroom was full of mould. I refused to stay and made contact with booking.com. I chatted quite amicable to the night manager who assured me I would be refunded. This was not the case. The owner stole my money and refused d to refund. After several months booking.com did refund me and i am very grateful. Unfortunately, having been a frequent visitor to Istanbul, I do not feel I will return. The standard of hotels has deteriorated beyond measure. The Frame being a prime example. Do not believe positive reviews, my experience is an honest and truthful account. Perhaps booking com would ensure that cancellation policies are transparent rather than at the whim of fraudsters? The policy says, and the night manager told me, 1 night would be forfeited, not 8 days! The owner of this establishment is an utter disgrace
