The worst hotel I ever stayed

    rating09 Dec 2021

It doesn't deserve even a one star. My room, apart from being very small, was very untidy; musquitos all over the place; humidified walls; the furniture demolished, the sheet ripped; the curtains were turned from white into brown because of the dust; very small and bad bathroom (so small, it was very uncomfortable to take care of physiological needs); not enough supply of essentials, extremely poor WiFi in my room; bad room isolation: from my room I could hear someone walking by in the corridor as if we were not seperated by walls. Bad costumer service. The recepsionist was very rude and not hospitable at all. The owner also, while I was asking him something, he kept laughing on his phone, rather than taking care of his clients. Very disappointed.

Great location, close to Sultanahmet Square and the Grand Bazaar. Our room overlooked the Blue Mosque. The hotel is old, but with good hygiene. They changed the tires every dayI have to say the staff was very kind.

    Humid rooms and dirty enviroment

    rating05 Sept 2021

I'm staying in this hotel, who in photos looks great place but when I went inside the room, I was shocked to see the walls and the roof so humid and not maintained at all. Parquet was damaged and the sheets were dirty. I will never come back in this hotel!

It was awful just because of rude behavior of the reception stuff named aref!!!

    rating18 Aug 2021

We stayed there for three nights, the last night due to a technical problem with the air conditioner, we had to look for another hotel at night and change the hotel.and when I asked aref to call technician to fix the AC , he told its not 5* hotel!!! But i think even 3*hotel should have rules also in their behavior to their guests... and they made us to leave the hotel at 3 am!! Just because i asked for fixing the AC !!! Avatif Havva Yigit, İşletme Sahibi at Kupeli Palace Hotel, responded to this review First of all, this boy called arif helped you. You came drunk and miserable, your wife left, you had a fight and the child carried you. You messed up everywhere, you threw up and put everything in your stomach to the ground. The hotel does not have to suffer because of your family problem. staff can't deal with it. moreover, it was very solid when we handed over the room. At 3 o'clock last night, if there was a problem, yes, it's not 5 stars, it can't find a definite solution for you at that moment. He was still helpful, the staff struggled for 1 hour, the only thing you remember when your head was so good is that the air conditioner broke down at 3 am. You used a lot of things, you ruined the room, you had a fight in the hotel, is it ever appropriate behavior for an Iranian family? you left the woman and went to another place from the hotel etc... we do not accept your false statement.
