    A nice historical building converted to a hotel unfortunately under incapacitated management.The first room assigned to us was so small that we could not find a place to put our luggage. While moving in the room one of us should wait in the shower so the other can go around.We wanted to change our room to a bigger one and were offered a sea view room for some extra. I paid the extra and moved to a better room with an excellent Bosphorus view.The breakfast buffet was good; there was freshly brewed tea and an espresso machine.Although the location to the main attractions in Istanbul was quite far there was the possibility of ferries from the pier just in front of the hotel.The weekend was a disaster. The management has to make a decision whether the place is a wedding hall or a theatre hall.One evening there was a wedding and the hotel restaurant was closed for the hotel guests. The music coming from the wedding was so loud it was not possible to sleep and when we complained they just said it would end at midnight.I tried to contact the hotel management later and asked for a refund as compensation for the inconvenience caused, no one answered my messages.They just ignored my messages, and I have not received anything from them despite repeating my messages to them.

    Bad experience. Very rude staff and room quality was really bad. The booking dodnt match what i adked for and the staff were ugly in dealing.Kötü bir deneyim. Çok kaba personel ve oda kalitesi gerçekten kötüydü. Rezervasyon istediğimle eşleşmedi ve personelin işleri çirkindi.

    Unfriendly stuff highly unfriendly very bad experience breakfast is horrible. Rooms are not clean. It used to be a good title but not anymore. The voice in the night was very loud due to weddings in the hotel we could not sleep.

    Reception was unwelcome he was very unhappy.They were shooting film or serial a lot of crowded and noise until late night somehow not very good entrance area Room was very clean and floor was heatedBreakfast was very average not comparable with other 4-5 start hotels Good location

    Stayed here for 3 nights as part of dental implants treatment arranged by Dentavita Klinic , hotel very grand , stunning features, very clean and ran by very professional staff ! Didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food ! But room was large , airy and spotless !
