    AC not working on a very summer day and not helpful to solve the issue at all

    AC not working on a hot summer day made the experience very unpleasant. They weren’t helpful at all to solve the problem either. Do not recommend 👎🏼Klima çalışmıyordu. Çözüm bulmakta ve tavırda bir hayli başarısız olundu. Tavsiye etmiyorum 👎🏼

    1)Breakfast is AWFUL! Every dish was VERY OILY and cold,never fresh bread and bugs in the milk. The breakfast times was 8:30 -10:30 and kitchen stuff were taking ALL FOOD at 10, and when I tried to ask “why”, they said me “not my business!”2)Our flight was early in the morning and I kindly asked to pack us lunch boxes and they gave us WHITE bread with us, nothing else.3)the working personal was ALWAYS super rude.Room door went broken and it was not closing properly-> we have informed about this problem to stuff and NO ACTION was taken. We have informed 5 TIMES again after-all about the same door problem and it was never fixed.This hotel is waste of money! Do not recommend to stay there and waste your nerves!

    Unfortunately during our stay money was taken from our room, £50 (2000 Turkish Lira).Despite reporting this to management no satisfactory resolution was even attempted on their part. This left us disappointed and very concerned for security of our belongings for the rest of the trip.Despite the other amenities I can only give Galatahan Hotel a one star review. I couldn't recommend them as a safe and trustworthy place to stay.

    Very good location close to Galata district and the piers. We had room 45 on the 4th floor. The bathroom was very small, the door was made of glass and there was an open space above. The room was also a bit hot. We used the AC. Breakfast is limited, there are no croissants, only bread to cut. No ham, no fruit (I bought my own apples and bananas), the "greek" yogurt was very liquid. There were olives, cheese, hard eggs, cucumber.

    Great hotel, close to Galata Tower, Taskin Square, restaurants, shops and metro. Staff were very friendly and breakfast is very good. We spend 10 days in this hotel and we really enjoyed. It’s a great place to stay in Istanbul.
