  The hotel has an excellent location, just in front of the metro station and only a few minutes’ walk from Istiklal Street, which made moving around the city very easy.The room was clean, spacious, and had all the basics. The bed was comfortable and Wi-Fi worked well.The owner is very friendly and helped me reach the attractions I wanted to visit, also recommending some nice restaurants nearby. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but many cafés and restaurants are very close, so it was not a problem.The price is very reasonable for the service and location. The only downside is that there is no elevator, which can be tiring with heavy luggage.Overall, a very good stay and I would definitely recommend it.

  Worth coming back. Kind owner..

  When we arrived, there was a major renovation underway. It's still being cleaned. The owner offered free cancellation. We wanted to stay there. He was very kind and helpful. He gave us advice on everything and was in constant communication. The hotel was very clean and in a great location. The only issue was a bit of traffic noise. The minibar in the room could be better.

  THE OWNER IS A SCAMMER! BEWARE!

  I booked this place via booking. Upon arrival we were informed that our room is the one in the basement but we will be given a free upgrade since luckily another room is available. The owner was communicating with us via Whatsupp and insisted on cash payment, saying that "income tax rates in TR are very high". The room was dirty. The bed linen not the cleanest as well.The noise level quite high day and night, since the "hotel" is next to quite a busy road. We left after 2 nights, but upon arrival to Europe posted quite a realistic review on booking, only to discover the next day that my credit card was charged with additional money!!!!Attention! The owner is not charging credit cards under the name of the hotel. It appears under the grocery shop name. Only upon calling mastercard I found out that the name of the person who charged my card is Taskin (which is the name of the owner). Mastercard advised me to block my card immediately and lodge a complaint with booking.

  Beware of possibly being scammed .

  Nothing wrong with the apartment , but we have had issues with the owner .He informed us that he never received payment , being unable to check with mastercard we finally paid cash just before we left . Thinking no more if it as we were happy with the property & the helpfulness of the owner we came home . Several weeks later we got our statement from Mastercard that it was paid .We emailed & text the owner but he was away travelling in Europe & said he could do nothing until he returned late July .He admitted the account which Mastercard was his . We sent him a copy of the statement .But he kept delaying saying he could not do anything until he returned .Since his return his email , phone he will not answer ir just put it down . What I have said is all on paper & photo copied . I just want to let any future guests to be beware . This has spoilt a pleasant holiday .

  Myself and my Husband received message off owner stating that they only excepted cash so that's how we paid to return home to find they also charged our card. I have contacted them more than once and they just keep telling me owner is away
