    · The hotel consists of several buildings, some of which are undergoing construction work, which may disrupt your stay. During my stay, there was no hot water one day from the afternoon to the next. The Wi-Fi was very slow and the signal was very weak, almost none in some parts of the room. At night, a security guard in the hotel area moved under my windows, making very loud and long phone calls, which disturbed my sleep. The staff did not speak Spanish. I would also like to point out the deposit of approximately €200. In my case, I was not refunded the full amount, allegedly due to damage to the plastic handle of the kettle, which I do not agree with. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations.The hotel is rather average. The biggest problem was when I was waiting for the transfer to the airport and was delayed by about 30 minutes due to a dispute at the reception.I was not refunded the full deposit. The hotel withheld €50 for allegedly damaging the plastic handle of the kettle, see photo. According to the hotel, the kettle is no longer usable for this reason, which I do not agree with. The most humiliating thing for me was that I did not damage this plastic part, in my opinion, but in the given situation I had no way to prove it.I do not consider the behavior of the staff during departure and in resolving this dispute to be professional. The manager, who was called to the reception, directly told me that it was not her problem that I did not speak English, even though I tried to explain everything to her through an interpreter.The same woman asked me inappropriate questions upon arrival, in my opinion, such as how it is possible that I am staying alone and where is the other person. I had the feeling that they suspected me of someone else traveling with me.Average hotel, the behavior of the staff significantly worsened my overall impression.

    Very disappointed!!!!!!We have been checked in and since then trying to contact the reception but no reply no communication. Very unhappy with the service. What’s the point of paying so much for this rubbish service.

    Never stay here if you value safety, honesty, comfort and cleanliness.Some members of the staff were genuinely kind and tried to help. Housekeeping staff and part of the restaurant team were polite and respectful.Unfortunately, the management completely mishandled the situation and repeatedly denied documented issues.Facts:• Breakfast was advertised from 07:00, but at 08:00 it was still not ready.• At that time, hot options were limited to scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and French fries.• No juice, no tea, no water available — only black coffee.• I was asked to pay extra for a basic omelette.• The room condition was poor — uneven, visibly damaged walls that were only superficially painted instead of properly repaired.• An electrical socket was loose and partially detached, which is a safety concern.• Bathroom amenities consisted of a single unlabeled wall dispenser with no clear indication of contents.All issues were reported during the stay. In written communication, the property confirmed that a technician would come. However, the problem remained unresolved.In their public response, management described these documented issues as “exaggerations” and implied that the review was written only because a refund was not granted. This is incorrect.Instead of taking responsibility, management chose to deny and reframe obvious problems.I did not feel comfortable or safe during my stay and was relieved to leave.I do not recommend this property.

    Wise to stay in this 5 stars resistance Great helpful staff 24 hour desk service walking distance to main istanbul attractions like istiklal Street, taksim sequar, galata tower I would stay there in my future visit to this amazing city

    We have visited to Turkey and stay Garlon residency, room was excellent with equipped all necessities.I will strongly recommend if you are looking for appointment stay to visit them.The staff was very cooperative and attentive, specially Ahmet help us a lot on our enquires and smooth check in and check out.
