    I was coming to Istanbul for the first time after 13 years. I’m so glad I chose this hotel. It was so beautiful and so comfortable that I can’t imagine staying anywhere else whenever I come to Istanbul again. Everything was excellent. The staff were amazing.     Had an amazing experience at this hotel, hospitality is beyond words… Jerry at the front desk was very polite and went out of way of add brunch breakfast to our stay to enhance our stay in Istanbul. Okam the restaurant manager was so prompt and prepared dishes for us which were not on the buffet to accommodate our vegetarian food restrictions and the head chef knocked it out of the park with the preparations!!
