Its a good hotel, rooms are clean and the furniture is good. Staff are friendly too. Its located in middle but tooo many stairs so if you have lots of luggage will be bad choice. Plus you will not feel safe returning back in the night as its too quiet and far from the main street. Buffeh are not that good too.

House keepers are so good at their job, highly recommend this beautiful hotel!! In Istanbul.Receptionist are very wellMannered and speak English very well and help with any concerns you may have. I rate this place5/5 stars has been nothing but amazing and I will be coming back ❤️

It’s graded a 4 star but it feels like 3 star quite a compact hotel but centrally located but a very steep climb and lots of stairs tooooo. The staff is a mixture of warm and indifferent people. Their breakfast room is absolutely tiny and they need to work a lot of the menu and service. Room are good but no locks for the bathroom. Cleanliness is well taken care of.

The first problem is that is not a 4 star hotel as claimed by them. The hotel reach is via 30 steep stairs and to reach every where nearby you have to climb another 30 steps and then up a steep climb making commuting a task everytime. The kitchen is non existent and they order from outside except tea and coffee. The breakfast is repetive and service slow.
