      I had to stay in this hotel one night for my connecting flight, and here are some of my findings- locationThis hotel is located on the hill however close by Taksim square, around 600m walking distance. But you have to walk up hill to get to the square.- serviceNice service above average reason is that when i made the booking through the net i used my AMEX card, but when checked in they have told me that there AMEX machine is " broken" and that I either paid cash or used another card, however r this inconvenience i got upgraded which i believe is fair compensation.Staff-Nice staff, friendly and very helpful specially the front desk receptionist Mr. Kerem, very helpful and professional.The suit is like a duplex type, bed upstairs and the living room, small kitchen downstairs, room is big compared to other hotels in the same district.

      What can I say about this place that can get you to book it? Well to start off with we booked the penthouse for 5 of us which was good as there were 2 bathrooms, clean living area TV (didn't work) wifi (which did!) And generally good environment. However that's where it stops. The location is not safe and this despite 5 lads travelling together. Plenty of dogs lack of street lighting not enough taxis passing and mount everest to walk up in order to get to the main road. Manager was very inflexible and did not let us leave our suitcases at tge hotel despite our flight not being for another 7 hours. Wanted to charge a full night for 3 hours usage. Regardless of the service the hotel is not adequate for families and even though staff are nice and the apartments are clean you are better off booking a hotel or something closer to the main streets. I'd recommend sultanhamet close to the blue masjid.
