  Now its name in websites for booking is golden ottoman. Its name may change again and again. It could be a better place if the owner clean it and spend little money.Poor furniture, reception, service, breakfast and every thing.The only good point is the view of terrace.

  That's one hotel where we regret spending just one night. I would return there without hesitation and spend a whole week especially that it's located in a very convenient place in the golden horn in a popular neighborhood with many cheap restaurants, not far from the harbor and pleasant parks and few meters away from the golden haliç metro station. The grand bazaar is also reachable on foot from this place. The reception guy was very helpful and answered all of our question and helped in many things. The room was extra clean, comfy with all required amenities. The breakfast was excellent and filling. I would recommend this hotel for anybody who wishes to have a nice experience among the locals and visit the golden horn's attractions from there.

  This hotel makes u feel at home, nice terrace with a view to phosphorus, very helpful kind and Intimate staff, the best thing is the location five minutes to metro, ten minutes to tramway new mosque, sulimania mosque. The Egyptian bazzare is very near too

  I believe you have to pay 10 euros even more just to get a view like from this hotel terrace, so there is nothing to discuss when u get 12 per night and free view 24h. Its very near to subway and most of transportation methods. There is lack of hotel signs/ads/papers around but you can find it somehow with some effort. And the reception guy was a syrian, so it was nice to see that turkey is already working to welcome syrians around!

  Hotel location was great, metro station just cross the road, main attractions around 2km walking distance from hotel. You can see Galata Tower from your window, Spice Bazaar 15min by foot.Be ready to pay in cash, no cards excepted. We paid in Euros but staff didn't have change for us, next day they forgot about it and I was feeling a bit silly asking for my own money back.No free maps of city available at hotel and staff not familiar with main attractions, I was send to opposite direction and wasted 4 hours of my time looking for way back.Breakfast was standart, same every day.I would stay here again only for location.
