  mid-sized hotel next to the sea

  The hotel has it's pros and cons. It's Adults-only, clean and maintained but spaces are squeezed-in, be it the rooms or even the pool (one of the smallest I've come across in a 4star?) The food is decent though only offers half-board with no beverages included for dinner (yes, not even water) and the seating is even available next to the sea which is nice weather permitting. Free gym, sauna and jacuzzi on the top floor are available but I dread to think the rush it may go through in peak season as capacities are limited though there's another jacuzzi available on the corner of the main pool as well during daytime. Cala bona as an area did not seem to have much to offer in April apart from a few restaurants and couple of bars with live music though Cala millor a few kms away has nice sandy beaches and loads of night entertainment as well as restaurants including a KFC. Sunbathing loungers are also limited and a couple of large sunbeds on the 1st floor come with a hefty €70 tag each with a cava bottle thrown in for the day during season time. Mixed response overall.   Would stay again, on a sea view inside room. British bar opposite can be noisy.

  Very clean hotel, rooms fine, bathroom as others say door hits toilet. Maybe better with sliding door. Staff great. Food evening meal very limited, breakfast better.   Huge shower

  This hotel is very white everything is white ,comfortable beds and friendly staff mostly couple off things I didn't like ,wasn't enough room in bathroom to open door it hits of the toilet and we had to edge in sideways,on a good note the shower was huge,another thing was one of the waiters in the dining room smelled like he had bathed in after shave and when your eating your breakfast it kind of overwhelms ,someone needs to tell hom less is moreApart from these few things we had a nice holiday ,and the hotel is ok Marc Castañeda, Marketing at Hotel Ilusion Moreyo, responded to this review Dear customer: thank you for leaving us in your review a couple of things for improvement, and we are glad that overall your experience was pleasant and that you've enjoyed a nice holidays with us.

  Small but charming

  Well let's get the negatives out of the way first shall we?This hotel is on the very small side. Small rooms with little to no storage and the bathroom is yes well ? Very small my husband and myself are average size people and just' about managed to carry out our daily ablutions in there. I do however think a larger person would struggle. The pool I think is maybe just to dip your feet in or have a quick run around its just so small. The restaurant is a bit like a galley kitchen very little room to move people trying to get passed one another. But all this is based on the design of the building and not the fault of management and staff. Which brings me to the positives. The staff are just Amazing so hard working always Smiling, the food is excellent, our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels on request and bedding changed half way through our holiday. We really enjoyed our stay we solved the pool problem by visiting near by pools in other hotels and used our hotel as a base. Its a bit small for us but certainly a lovely hotel.
