  It seems to be closed, but you should knock the back door inside the alley to go in. The lobby was a mess. Full of furniture and baggages. The room was clear but small. You might use your room just for sleeping and maybe a quick shower. We've been there for 4 nights. The AC was good, and we had a safe box also. Breakfast was very small, so don't desire a full meal. You may enjoy it if you need somewhere just for sleep and shower. Totally, that's exactly in the middle of the bazaar and near different local transports. اگر صرفا به دنبال یک جای خواب و حمام هستید و انتظار زیادی از هتل ندارید و سختگیری زیادی ندارید ممکنه از اقامتتون لذت ببرید. اتاق در کل تمیز و کولر سالم و آب گرم بود ولی هتل به نظر بسته میرسید و شما باید از درب پشتی وارد میشدید. لابی خیلی شلوغ و پر از وسیله بود اتاق هم یخچال نداشت ولی دسترسی عالی به اسکله و ایستگاه مترو و پایانه اتوبوس داشت.

  Terrible please don’t waste your moneyIt was the dirtiest place we’ve ever been, I don’t even know how these people call this thing a hotelThe hotel smelled like egg or rotten fishThe Egyptian guy working there was niceThey’ve threatened us if we didn’t stay in their hotel they were gonna call the police and wanted to force us staying there.

  TERRIBLE HOTEL AND STAFFS

  I came at 6am with my parents, it was freezing morning. Before check in i make a deal with staff that I can only pay for 1 day if I check out at 11pm the next day. And I gave the money to the staff.He put us to the other building. The room is big BUT very Cold. NO HEATER, air cond didnt work. The room is dirty, water heater not working.At 2pm, the cleaning service came to the room said something in turkish. They cant even talk in english at all! At that time i wasn't in the room, only my parents.The next day after breakfast the starff asked for another money! I told him we made deal yesterday but he shouted and talk bad things to me. He is so mean! He is not turkish may be someone from middle east, and i guess he is illegal worker in Istanbul.Everyone please DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL. you can find alot better hotel in Istanbul, or maybe just rent an apartment. GÖRÜR H, Genel Müdür at Gorur Hotel, responded to this review sorry, we have to tell truth,of course you payed one night extra becuse you already booked 1 night extra,because we stoped the sales for this room, you are saying lie, because our hotel is just 1 years old, everthing was working , hot water, air conditioner, we checked everthing before you came.and room was very clean,ıt is impossible staff do not talk bad things with you, also you do not know turkish, how can you understand the staff?? and staffs are legal only you are saying many many lie..

  We were 4 tourists stayed at gorur hotel for 4 days.It was terrible.Toilet flush was not working,and it took 2 days to be fixed.Air condition was not working properly. It was set to heating mode, but it sometimes blows cold.The beakfast was really poor. The quality of tea wasn't good either.The waiters were also rude.The room wasn't clean.The only positive thing about this hotel was the location which is near bazaar and metro.

  worste hotel i have ever stayed

  that was my 9th travel to istanbul.i stayed 5 night last week at the hotel with my wife and my mom.we had 2 separated rooms.rooms had lots of problems and the girl at the reception was so impolite and rude.the rooms were so dirty and the blanket had stains of blood on it.the day after i came to reception and asked to chang it but the girl at the reception told me rudely that this is my mistake and that they can not change it until checkout.finally the blanket was changed but after lots of discussion.the bathroom was not clean and the toilet flush was out of service,every time i had to fill it with water and then push the Button.the tank door was also missed and they did not fixed it during our stay.as the air became cold in istanbul it was cold in the rooms,but the air condition system in one of the rooms was out of service and when i asked the reception to fix it she answered that sometimes it does not work!!!!!so i becale sick and I caught a very hard coldthe breakfast was terrible.each morning we took some thing too eat there was some hair strand specially on the olives and tomatoes.the tables were also dirty and the staffes did not clean themthe wifi was disconnecting whole time and they was all ressetiong the wifi modemstay in Gorur hotel was a very very bad experience for us and i am sure i will never come back there again GÖRÜR H, Genel Müdür at Gorur Hotel, responded to this review hello, we made the toilet flush but everytime you broked again and again, room do not be cold because air conditioner is working very well maybe you do not know how it is works.also ıt is not our mistake , this is your mistake, we are not using blankets this period, and you find under the bed and start to use before we did not ask. maybe told us before, we could help you. and another topic we have open buffet turkish breakfast not iranian brekfast, maybe it can come different and you did not like it, also this is not our mistake.
