Location

This hotel is located at the heart of Istanbul's old town just a few minutes walk from a selection of the city's top sights such as the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Museum. It is ideally situated for access to a range of entertainment venues, just a stone's throw to the old town where guests will discover many bars, restaurants and shopping venues.

Facility

108 non-smoking rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     Îs a great hotel, with People very kind and with staff willing to help You. 10 out of 10 for cleaning. Îs very clouse to the tram line and bus station. They have a very good restaurant, with turkish food (îs a Little bit expancion but worrh îți.

    The worst hotel ever ! They refuse to turn on the A/c and we are staying with our baby who is feeling the heat and crying + room service was very poor the literally just changed the garbage bags they didn't change the bed sheets or tidy up anything else !They charge a big amount of money for a very poor service and everything seems old+ windows are closed . And now they told us the hotel will be full tomorrow although we have a room already !! They are just kicking us out poor staff +poor service , Wifi very bad Rude staff ( reception team ) they should be with out star

    NEVER BOOK THIS HOTELThe worst hotel ever ! They refuse to turn on the A/c and we are staying with our baby who is feeling the heat and crying + room service was very poor the literally just changed the garbage bags they didn't change the bed sheets or tidy up anything else !The WiFi is horrible!Rooms are not clean , when we enter the room the floor was very dirty and also there was a boarding pass ticket from the person before us -They charge a big amount of money for a very poor service and everything seems old+ windows are closed . And now they told us the hotel will be full tomorrow although we have a room already !! They are just kicking us out because we are constantly complaining!poor staff +poor service

    The room was clean and good sized. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good. Good location. Easy to get taxi and tram and walk. There was a weekday market across the street. Close to ATMs. Lots of coffee shops and cafes in the area.

    1. Electricity problem ( Main electric switch shutting down when hair dryer is turned on )2. Dirty room and toilet 3. The air conditioning is old and weak4. Poor breakfast5. Daily housekeeping is not good
