    The hotel clean is very bad, the quality of equipments is very poor, the breakfast is catastrophic actually. Do not recommend it for anyone!

    The good things about this hotel are the location that offers you the facility to easily and quickly reach the areas of interest, the enough large rooms for a city hotel, comfortable bed, clean linen. And the smiling and welcoming staff.Otherwise, only negative things. A curtain that does not cover the entire window and there are rooms that overlook an interior area, practically the neighbors can admire you when the light is on, switches that work based on fists, doors with hinges, uninsulated voltage wires, poor cleanliness with dust in the corners, on the windowsills, hairs and seed shells in the drawers and on the toilet seat. The quality price ratio is correct considering the paid amount . But cleanliness should come first because it is the trust card of the location

    The worst place to stay my family and I ever stayed in. Don’t believe the pictures. It was booked by my travel agency. Unfortunately I trusted the wrong company and tried to change my rooms three times. all rooms are a nightmare, dirty, smells, service is awful. Save your vacation and book another hotel

    This hotel is a spam. Booked via airlines holiday package and they provided a dirty room. They cheat customers with different images posted in booking websites. I had to cancel the room after 2 hours of check in.

    I have been in this hotel for six nights, the only good thing they offer is breakfast even in one morning I find a bug in my parsley. Bath room including taps were very dirty. Cleaners were very noisy in the mornings. Heating system was terrible. The most important thing the people in the reception were so exploited where one day I asked one of them to active my Istanbul kaarts and usually this service is free everywhere but the guy ask me to give him 45 tl at the end. I will not visit this hotel again for sure but if you are looking for a convenient place in Istanbul maybe try it.
