    Great stay. Amazing views, breakfast, staff. Everyone is so smiley. Stay here for a positive environment yummy food. I stayed here for one night and I would've stayed longer if I didn't have a layover flight next morning. I was treated kindly by staff Jon Ismail and the rest of the staff. Everyone is so helpful and treats you like a human, not just a customer. I'll be back!

    We had to cancel the trip two days before arrival due to the earthquakes in Istanbul. The hotel was booked as “non-refundable” - so I understand that there is no formal refund. But the mayor of Istanbul also called for people to spend the night on the streets and many Istanbul residents left the city over the weekend. How could we go on a weekend vacation in Istanbul in such an environment? Why do I rate the hotel badly:1) I wrote to the hotel two days before arrival and asked when the building was from, what measures were taken to make it earthquake proof. I have not received a reply to date2) I also wrote to the hotel three more times asking for at least a partial refund. After all, we did not use the buffet (we were not there!) and the rooms were not used. The hotel did not even reply.3) Ultimately, the hotel made even more money from our non-arrival than if we had arrived, as we did not use certain consumables (breakfast) and the hotel had the opportunity to rent the room again, as we canceled two days before arrivalThis is modern robbery.     A very good hôtel Great location near to all metro train tram stations Nice view bosphore ships yachts galata tower .. wonderful !What is special and amazing is the staff .. they are sooooo kind and very helpful.. I highly recommend this hôtel for a great vacation

    Lots of issues. They advertise nice room and facilities but when I reach there they offer me room into next building. Room condition was not as expected. Room refrigerator not working , TV has no signals, no sheet or duvet for sofa bed, toilet has smell, rusty taps and door lock. I ask them to change room or fixed these thing but point bec no one can understand proper english.

    Very comfortable hotel in a great location. Walking distance to many of the main attractions and 2 tram stations nearby for further travel. Room was small but as we were out most of the day it was fine, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok but quite basic. Room was very clean. No extra charge for safe and A/C, which was nice. Air con was very good once it got going.
