    Luxury rooms, great facilities, bad lift

    The lobby is crowded. Most of us waited standing because we couldn't get a seat, even though the lobby was big and there were lots of seats. The lifts were bad, the maximum could be 2 people and there were only 3 lifts. Well, my wife and children had already gone up first, I was told to go in three of me with another person even though the other two were two, knowing that my body was already big, I was told that the three of me would carry all the suitcases. The lift fell quite hard, luckily I wasn't injured, after the fall it seemed like it was operating normally again.We were lucky to get an upgraded room (maybe equivalent to a junior suite). There was a sofa and bed in the living room, then in the room there was a 1 seater sofa, work desk and work chair. The TV is clear. Wifi is slow, the maximum speed is 1mbps. The minibar coffee is available. The rooms are comfortable with carpet. Standard mattress with 4 pillows. Spacious bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and bathtub. Because our room was upgraded there were toothbrushes (and even then) but other amenities were abundant.The hotel has gym and swimming pool facilities Typical Turkish breakfast, there are lots of variants. Variety of food1. Cereal, dried fruit, jam, whole fruit, potatoes, vegetable pancakes, sausages, eggs, steamed vegetables2. Bread (hard), tomato soup, bread (soft), cold cut, olive, cheese, salad

    Be careful with this hotel, absolutely not a place to stay. The food is poor and their services is terrible! They charge $1 for each luggage you want them to carry to the lobby from the room!

    Positives outweigh the Negatives

    Positive- decent size room, free wifi , room service options , respectable buffet spread for breakfast and dinner, polite personnel, fairly impressive lobby Negative- we were reminded that we can’t avail of porterage services with our heavy luggages , BUT bell staff are obviously willing to help.. location is too far from the city centre, hagia sofia and the mosques. Also seem far from airport.

    DISGUSTING AND POOR QUALITY HOTEL. Do not stay here unless other options

    Hygiene of the cutleries were absolutely horrible with every single plate, fork, spoon and cups have a “leftover” stain from a previous guest. I had to clean the cups myself before using it with a peace of mind. Super disgusting and breakfast was mediocre. Stayed for 2 nights, on the first night the toilet bowl seat cracked when my boyfriend sat on it. He got a shock. I quickly called the front desk to notify them about this incident and told them to get back to me asap and fix it. No one from the hotel or engineering department called back and we were only “demanded” to pay a USD$180 for the toilet seat replacement fee upon us checking out. Absolute rip off and so we insisted that guests should not be responsible to pay for a poor quality toilet .!! Eventually they let us paid USD $60. “Thanks to” Mr Bulut for almost scamming us the extra $120. Never ever going back here. Come at your OWN RISK.

    Fantastic Customer Service and So Friendly

    The rooms are exceptional,as are the staff. We visited the hotel whilst having surgery, and they were all fantastic. It was odd that the hotel is non alcoholic, but hey you are visiting a muslim country, so respect. We found some excellent local restaurants that served beers, so all was good. We have already booked for a return trip in March 2023, so tells you how fantastic the hotel is. We are two British guys that like a few beers, but we were overwhelmed by the quality of both the hotel and it's staff
