    We stayed here for the Europa League Final between Aston Villa and Freiburg. Our room was pretty small but had everything we needed. Our fridge was restocked with 2 bottles of water each day. Breakfast was ok. It was the same everyday. Breakfast is on level 7 and has some great views of Istanbul. The pool and sauna were great and are open 10am - 10pm. We used these everyday. Compared to what our friends paid for their hotels, this one certainly sounded the best. Istanbul is an amazing city, everywhere we went everyone was so friendly. I would recommend. Up the Villa!

    Quiet and nice rooms. The hotel is located close to restaurants, clothing shops, pharmacies and other stores. You get a beautiful view of the city from the breakfast area!

    I am a little puzzled from the positive reviews this hotel has. On the paper is a 4 star hotel but in reality I would say it is a 3 star and I am being generous.The location of the hotel is extremely good, one minute away from the busy Istiklal, the roof terrace also very nice, has a beautiful view on the Bosphorus. The rest of the hotel is very run down. You can clearly see that maybe 10-20 years ago it must have been a very nice hotel but not anymore. During my trip I stayed here twice, in a suite and in a superior double. The suite is absolutely uncomfortable to the point that the superior double room is much better. Our stay included the breakfast which was again extremely disappointing, I cannot understand how they could serve clients hard old bread and simit. After the first two days we decided to go elsewhere in the morning for breakfast. Coming to the staff, I cannot say they are the most welcoming people, not even say good morning or good evening when clients were passing down the lobby.

    Such a friendly and amazing staff! Olcay at the reception was very helpful and such a friendly person, speaks arabic and english as well!The hotel overall was a great place to stay at, great view, very clean and comfortable room. Would definitely be the hotel I'd always stay at when I visit Istanbul.
