    Great hotel in Fatih. Nice rooms with modern bathroom. Fabulous roof top restaurant overlooking the city, highly recommended. Wonderful relaxation area with pool, sauna and steam room. We had aTurkish hamman in the spa which was amazing. Staff were very hospitable especially waiter Kasim which made our stay very enjoyable.

    A very good hotel with genuinely helpful staff who made us feel welcome from the start.It’s located in a convenient area, with easy access to everything you might need.The view is amazing, especially if you book a room with one.I highly recommend this hotel!

    Grand Hotel Gulsoy is a good hotel, that we rely on every time we come to Istanbul. Prices are very reasonable for what they offer - comfort, cozyness, safety and a good breakfast :).

    0/5Completely disappointing, with no sense of humanityUnfortunately, our experience with this hotel was extremely negative.We had a reservation for two rooms, but we were forced to cancel due to a death in the family—an unexpected and very difficult situation that no one can ever be prepared for. The hotel was informed in advance, on January 7th, while the check-in was scheduled only for January 9th at 2:00 PM, meaning there was more than enough time to find a reasonable solution.Despite this, and despite the fact that Booking.com also contacted the hotel on our behalf, the hotel refused to show any understanding, flexibility, or compassion. No solution was offered—no refund, no voucher, and no change of dates—only a cold reference to rigid policies.We understand that we did not have cancellation insurance, but no one plans a death in the family. In moments like these, one expects at least basic humanity and empathy, especially from a business that operates in the hospitality industry.Because of this treatment, I cannot and will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Instead of support during one of the most difficult moments in life, we were met only with additional stress and disappointment.Very sad and extremely unprofessional.
