The hotel is located 5 minutes on foot from Beyoğlu, one of the most important centres of shopping trade and nightlife in Istanbul and a 10-minute walk from Taksim square, which is considered as the centre of the city. Guests will find restaurants, bars, clubs and links to the public transport network in the close vicinity of the hotel, as well as sights such as the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, the Grand Bazaar, Dolmabahçe Palace and the Blue Mosque only a 15-minute walk away.

Facility

177 non-smoking rooms, including 7 single rooms, are located on 10 storeys and can be reached by 4 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage (for a fee) and a car park (for a fee). Further services include a 24-hour security service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus.     Traffic and night club noise is loud. Rooms are outdated. Air conditioning was not working in all rooms, we had to change room twice. One room’s bathroom smelled of urine.

    Here is a corrected and natural version of your text:---One of the worst hotels I have ever been to. Despite being a 4-star hotel, the breakfast is not worth it at all — it is more like what you would expect from a 3-star hotel. I also believe their staff are thieves. We forgot our room card on the table during breakfast, but the staff insisted they did not find it. They also refused to check the cameras and made us pay $5 for a new card. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

    My 3rd stay. I usually travel to Istanbul for business, and the location is absolutely indispensable for me.From Istanbul Airport, I can reach the hotel by metro in 45 minutes for 75 TL, and from Sabiha Gökçen Airport, Havabus takes about 1 hour for 367 TL.Haliç, Eminönü, and Sirkeci are right in front of you; İstiklal Street and Taksim are on your right; Galata Tower, Nevizade, and the metro station are just behind you—incredibly close to everything.The staff is excellent, the service is outstanding, and I would like to sincerely thank everyone from the hotel manager to all employees for their genuine attention and hospitality.My home in Istanbul.
