    I stayed just a night in the hotel.Indeed it was good for the standard. The breakfast was okay. The receptionist and the waiters are humble. The facilities is okay and can be improved. Wifi. Though slow but okay. I recommend grand merin for all.

    I arrived after midnight to hotelChecked in to hotel went to my room.As soon as I opened the room smell of the room was absolutely disgusting "toilet smells" it was infused to room.I went to straight to reception ask for new room and they were very helpful and changed room.Another downside rooms is to smallThis hotel need seriously updating from carpets to bathrooms.Staff was lovely and helpful

    Was booked to stay in the Grand Merin Hotel for one night and arrived quite late, i was welcome very well and checked in to my room quite quickly and the receptionist spoke good english which was good as it made everything that much easier. i had to order dinner to my room which came in good time and the food was great .The hotel room was a bit small but quite well kept as was the bathroom, the shower area was quite small and getting around to shower as a bit interesting all in all a good stop over hotel Not a place you would stay for a longer stay

    Clean, business hotel oriented towards the domestic (Turkish) visitor. The spa bath was a nice touch. Good breakfast.The hotel is more like 20KM+ from Sabine Gokcen airport and not the 10KM stated on booking.com. The staff did no speak very good English, and it was a struggle to order food. Our room wasn't the quietest with quite a busy road outside, and also the curtains didn't stop the daylight waking us early.

    This hotel is located in a suburb. There are only a few low end restaurants / bakeries near by. The hotel itself is nice. The inside is very well designed,it has a nice front area, paintings etc.. Our room was also very well designed/decorated. The facility design warrants a high rating. The problem comes in the smaller details. We had a nice jacuzzii bathtub, but there was no drain plug. The room was very nice, but the airs system did not work. (Luckly it was cool outside and opening the window was enough).Most of the staff do not speak very good english. They can also be a bit overbearing. When packing my car to leave I got the impression they thought I was sneaking out, even though they had my credit card information (and the parking car is secured). They did not ask how was my stay. They need to focus more on making sure the hotels finer details are being taken care off. A little work in this area, and the hotel would be very nice.
