    An exceptional stay with world-class service!This was my first time staying here, and everything about the experience was top-notch.First of all, the location is fantastic. It’s beautifully tucked away from the chaotic hustle and bustle of the city center. Tarabya has this incredible local vibe, packed with cozy coffee shops, great family restaurants, and a charming atmosphere.The hotel itself feels fresh and modern, with excellent infrastructure and facilities. The rooms are super comfortable: we're talking high-quality pillows, great mattresses, and absolutely amazing shower pressure. Plus, the room amenities (complimentary water, mini-bar, toothbrushes, and all the little essentials) were fully stocked and spot on.A special shoutout goes to the service, which was flawless across the board. But the absolute star of the show was the concierge, Fahri. He is a member of the prestigious Les Clefs d'Or (Golden Keys), and it truly shows. Fahri is not just an incredibly pleasant and genuine person who clearly loves what he does; he is a magician who can make literally anything happen.     At the Therapia Spa of this hotel which has an immense surface, great quality in every detail, very able, respectful and kind massage therapists and of course extraordinary view of the beautiful Bosphorus they take you to the moon for a couple of hours.
