    we got stuck in the elelcator. the desk man erol is decieving and tried to take extra money. the breakfast is the same everyday. the swimming pools are very small. the gym is broken and not in use.

    Rooms are like match boxes.Service generally crap.No one speak the English,( acting) except reception.One iron for entire Hotel, & not very helpful in locating it.Breakfast not great at all.This Hotel markets itself as 4*, but more like a 1 *.1 key card per room.Now that is not practical. Linenware has skid marks on it.Asked staff to have 2 lights repaired in cnr.of room as very dark to see inside suitcases.Maintenance supposed to come after breakfast, still coming!Having to call 4- 5 times to reception to get/ enquire on anything.Respond time bad.Staff not too friendly.Repeat, " Me no understand English "I even asked the front reception man to speak to the manager i saw at back office.I always give the other party a chance to respond before having to write a review.He just laughed me off.See they don't care, cause they busy.Business will only stay, if they are appreciated.Definitely wont be back here.Only positive- near to amenities & metro.GOD Bless.

    The hotel is awesome, the stuff is very friendly. The inside pool with sauna and Turkish bath, after a day in Istanbul, is all you need to relax. The hotel is located very well, the Bazar and historical area is near. The metro and the tramvay is very close.

    We stayed there for 4 days however the reception staff were horrible! We asked for a taxi to the airport and they took 40 euros from us when it only cost 900 turkish liras for the taxi. They had given the taxi driver less money to keep it for themselves. Please be careful with themas they tend to steal money fromyou to keep it for themselves.

    The worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The rooms were too small, with everything crammed into a small space. This left hardly any room for luggage and it was too cramped to even walk around. The bathrooms were the same; so tiny, you would almost be touching the toilet trying to shut the door once inside. Just disgusting. There was an even tinier shower cubicle in the corner. No body wash was provided, only a shampoo. The lifts in the hotel were following the same theme, TINY, and they took far too long to come when we called it. The only good thing was that our rooms were on the 2nd floor so we always ended up taking the stairs.The hotel breakfast was below average too, only one egg variety and no bakery selection whatsoever. We were very disappointed with it. The view from the window was unpleasant too; we had a tiny balcony but there was the air con unit there so again, no room to stand or sit, not that there was a lovely view. There were just some shops, including one with creepy mannequins. Not really a room with a view. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and could not wait to leave. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone nor would I ever return here.
