    Unsafe experience as a solo female traveler

    I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Istanbul and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience.A member of the reception staff came to my room regarding checkout information, but later returned again and started asking me personal questions, including whether I had a boyfriend. After I told him this was inappropriate and closed the door, he continued knocking repeatedly and would not leave me alone.As a solo female guest, this situation made me feel genuinely unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. I had to call my friends to come to my floor because I no longer felt safe staying alone in my room.This behavior was highly unprofessional and crossed serious personal boundaries. I hope management takes this issue seriously, because female travelers should feel safe in a hotel.

    I recently visited Graziella gold Hotel. I stayed in for 4 nights and I have to give it a 5 star. Room were big and clean. Cleaners did a great job everyday. Security was great. I have used their swimming pool and it was great experience, not a big one but enough for me. Reception staff were brilliant, specially "Burak" is a champion. He helped us with our boat trip when we requested. He even contacted my airline when I had issue with my check in and resolved the issue. I highly recommend if you staying in this hotel talk to Burak if you need any help. I would recommend this hotel metro is just few minutes walk and other transports like tram station is with in 1 Km.

    Amazing Hotel at reasonable price

    Good hotel, clean and cosy. The beds were comfortable, balcony was nice. Most importantly, the swimming pool water was hot thats what I liked the most.Breakfast can be improved, limited selection, but I think thats because I went in off peak season.

    It was a good hotel. As we stayed for a week. The staff was so friendly. Especially Ali as receptionist. He was so kind. And so helpful. According to the pool & spa. It was too clean. The only thing i hated about this hotel was air conditioning system. They have to fix it. As long as I was there a lot of guests reported about this problem. And they didn't care about it. Deserving 4 stars.

    The rooms are terrible. the staff is deceiving, they stole my jacket, they charged me an additional 40 euros for changing the room. think before booking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((
