  I stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. The property is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but in reality, it does not meet even basic expectations.One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it promoted a "Spa." In truth, the so-called spa experience was completely inadequate: only 15 minutes in a hammam without even providing a towel. I had to repeatedly ask for a towel — a basic necessity that should be readily available in any spa facility, especially in a hotel claiming four stars.Additionally, we found out by accident — and only after specifically asking — that there was a second hammam available. No one mentioned it to us upon check-in or during our stay. Such poor communication and lack of service orientation are simply unacceptable.The gap between what the hotel promises and what it actually delivers is shocking. This was a complete mismatch between expectation and reality, leaving me thoroughly disappointed with my stay.I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a true 4-star experience. I sincerely hope the management will take action to significantly improve the quality of their services.

  Hotel recommended in Sultanhamed Istanbul.

  This hotel was still in the process of refurbishment but we found found the hotel clean, comfortable and the staff very helpful.The rooms were big but adequate for our 3 night stay.The roof top was not completed so did not have the opportunity for evening drinks from the roof top.The hotel was also in a good location, minutes away from the tourist attractions.The hotel did provide breakfast but we had not opted to include it in our stay.There are plenty of hotels in Sultanahmed and this is one I would recommend.Finally we loved Istanbul, it felt and was safe and the locals were so helpful.

  - Very good location, which is near lots of the main attractions and near Hagia Sofia mosque, bazaars (both).- clean hotel, lovely staff- room was very spacious and good breakfast. - would definitely recommend to anyone who is new to visiting Istanbul.

  We visited this hotel a few days ago.. I can say that I was really caught up with the following comments and wondered why they wrote these or we are the ones who are irrational. We had a traumatic experience. We were on the 6th floor, the phone in the room did not work, the heating did not work for 2 hours while we had a baby with us. The highlight was that there were cats in the hotel and specifically in the restaurant where we ate our breakfast as well as on our floor, our room was not clean and you really hated covering yourself with the blanket, you clearly pay for parking. When we were leaving I understood why all these good comments. As we were leaving they were so helpful, they spoke with such sweetness and joy, to open the door for you, everything, the absolute care, but they wanted to urge you and in front of them, in essence, to pressure you to leave a positive comment on booking. Unfortunately never again.

  The hallways to the room and the room smelled of musty armpits and smoke The rooms are small. White towels? No gray and dirty! Looks like they charge you to clean towels and the cups they leave for you to drink tea because they charge me 50 dollars to have already dirty towels clean! Right as I’m on my way to the airport. The tall manager with the bald head told the driver to turn me around to pay. He was about to have me miss my flight for a bogus charge. A dirty towel and a cup of tea I got ripped off. And the maid didn’t leave us any toilet paper. I had to ask the bell boy for some. Stay away from there. My daughter just told me that he wasn’t even the manager but just a clerk. Don’t go there.
