We had the pleasure of dining at Sakli Konak Cappadocia, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and attentiveness that made us feel truly valued as guests.A special mention goes to Mehmed Softic, whose kindness and professionalism stood out trough our visit. He ensured everything was perfect and added a personal touch that made the evening even more enjoyable.The food was excellent,fresh,flavorful and thoughtfully prepared making the entire dining experience memorable. I would highly recommend Sakli Konak Cappadocia to anyone visiting the area, whether for a meal or a stay.

Food is delicious, especially the “menu for 2”, love the Mezze. Atmosphere very good! Nice plants and lights. Adam and his friend are very nice, introduced every food for us, especially the food in the pottery. Thanks for your introduction, this is my first time to try Turkish food.

Atmospheric room, extraordinary breakfast

Our room is spacious and beautiful. It's ideally located and steps to see the sunrise hot air balloons (must be windless for them to liftoff). The room is clean and well appointed with every convenience. It is a great value, especially when you factor in the extraordinary breakfast. The table was fully loaded and then more dishes continued to appear. See photos. Service is friendly and fast with excellent English (our only language). Highly recommend

Best meal we had in our 5 nights in Cappadocia. Did their tasting menu and the food was delicious. Great friendly service. Had a bottle of the Kocababg Gravity wine and it was delicious too.

I can highly recommend this place - it offers great local cuisine, deliciously prepared dishes, and a peaceful location that's away from the hustle and bustle while still being central. Emir and Shahir provided outstanding service, making the experience even more enjoyable.
