    Ask for a room with a balcony - the balcony makes it. Nice hotel overall.

    We got held up at the airport as I had to report my phone stolen which was very frustrating as it took a long time and by the time we arrived they said there was a problem with our room (the floor-so they said) and only had a tiny one without a balcony available but that they would shift us the next day. Well the room was not what we wanted but the next day - the room we ordered was fine as we always want to have a balcony. The first room was way too small. The balcony overlooking our street was great. Nice service, helpful with a taxi to the airport and a good and delicious breakfast awaits with a charming lady serving - I missed her name. I wish they would have called or messaged us as we would have gone somewhere else the first night ! That should have been the thing that was done. Overall we were satisfied but it would have been so much better with a little leadership.

    Cold, noisy and dilapidated room

    The draught from window was strong enough to move the curtains. The room was very cold and noisy. The curtains were not wide enough to cover the window and block the light, the room was highly dilapidated and the safe was not working (due to low battery).I've asked for a room change at 11pm but it was not possible. They also said all rooms are noisy due to the area the hotel is placed. At 1:30am, I finally gave up with cold and noise and booked another hotel.When we've filed a complaint, they said they have inspected the room together with us, which they absolutely haven't. The room was nothing like what they've shown in the photos either. So, this is a hotel that acts in bad faith.

    I highly recommend this hotel, centrally located in the city and surrounded by many local bars and typical restaurants. The rooms are very nice, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The receptionist, Sema, is incredibly sweet, very attentive to the guests' needs, and extremely helpful. Thank you, Sema, for the beautiful gift and for making my birthday unforgettable ❤️🎈.

    Great GEM of a hotel

    We arrived very early from airport and arrangements were made for us to shower and sleep for a few hours in a different room until our room was ready. We were also allowed to have breakfast. Sema at reception was very friendly and accommodating. She advised and helped with various bookings for sightseeing, taxi transfers and dinner bookings on a boat cruising the Bosphorus with dancing show. Also from reception was Furkan and Õmer. They were also most friendly and accommodating. Sema also made sure everything was perfect for us staying at the hotel the whole time during our stay in Istanbul. All staff very friendly and helpful.Hotel is centrally located to many restaurants, pubs and shops to choose from. Istiklal Street is 2min walk away. Metro and tram 3min away.Room was perfect with everything a guest could wish for. Great vibe outside the door on the street, especially at night.Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again.

    Perfect location, nice and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Abundant and delicious breakfast. Extra nice helpful staff. I owe a special thanks to Sema, who selflessly helped me and lent me his phone due to my mobile internet problem so that I could use google maps in the city. Thank you very much, Sema 🙏
