    We stayed 4 nights in the hotel. The team of young people that work in the hotel are extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast diner was cozy with a nice view of the city and a nice discreet presence of the service team. A big advantage of the hotel is its location.Ralitsa and MariaFrom Bulgaria, Sofia

    They scammed me with refund nor booking nor anything.Booking.com help them to do it.in one hour I booked canceled when booking where saying that you can cancel with a cut but it's took everything and now they are questioning "my intentions",Just stay away!!

    Double booked and downgraded room, no refunds or compensation, terrible service and rude staff

    Double booked. Moved me to a downgraded single room at another hotel 150m away and made me switch hotels on the second day of my stay. Non-refundable and no compensation offered. Rude receptionist despite being polite to him. Do not recommend at all.

    We arrived in the area using the Marmaray train.The hotel is relatively close to the station (train and tram).From there, we walked to the hotel reception.There, we were told that there were no more rooms available and gave us a room in another hotel (Istanbul Quietness Hotel), which is at a walking distance.Now here, the room was relatively clean, with some exceptions:- Hand towel in the bathroom (brown dot on it)- Some dots on the bed sheets also.- Bathroom ceiling dirty (from humidity since there is no ventilation / window there)The breakfast was not bad. Nothing special, some fresh vegetables, coffe (instant I believe from a machine), boiled eggs, butter and jelly, juice and other stuff like that.The place to eat was very tiny.The review was actually for Quietness Hotel, but since my booking was for Gulhane corner i'll leave it here. Since the owner is the same (from what I was told) the conditions may be similar. The reception told me that the one I stayed in is better.

    Despicable and poor hygiene

    Dodgy and run by unpleasant arrogant characters that are out to make money.Rooms are not the same as pictures. Hygiene is despicable poor urine stains , blood and hunan feces on bed sheets.Paid for two nights, stayed only for one due to poor hygiene and the owners refused to refund. After much complaining they offered to change a room but hygiene is so poor that it is a health risk to stay at this hotel. The desk attendant SALAHUDDIN says they cannot refund as per Bosses orders, and what is sinister strange they have full permission to accept all types of payments in advance including card and foreign currency.When showing the poor hygiene, they blamed on the cleaning lady. The cleaning lady stated she had no time to clean properly because of the fast turnaround time in advertising room as available. SALAHUDDIN then said they fired the cleaning lady.So hotel run by Bosses whose practices are unethical and treat staff poorly, and bad management that refuses to take responsibility and accountability putting blame on hard working staff.Forget about any refunds at this hotel. And more importantly consider hygiene before booking at this hotel.
