    Excellent hotel. Staff so friendly and accommodating, went that extra mile to make our stay memorable. Even kept restaurant open late as we were arriving late in the evening. Could not fault this hotel or staff. Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you

    The hotel smells terrible. The open buffet breakfast was filled with food left over from previous days, and there were dead flies in the dishes. We felt nauseated and couldn’t eat.While having breakfast, the receptionist was fighting with another family too who was checking in. They were shouting at the family. They probably wanted to scam them, but when they failed, they started a fight. The spa costs €20 elsewhere, but here they charged €100 per person, and it was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The reception did not register our check-in and did not provide an invoice. When we were checking out, they demanded a parking fee, which we didn’t want to pay. The elderly man at reception was very rude and treated us badly. Then the hotel owner came and almost attacked us—he was about to physically assault us. They forced us to pay the parking fee. i think this is a scamming method of them. Never, ever go to this hotel. These people could harm you, even in front of your children.

    Great Value Hotel in Istanbul

    My family and I stayed for 1 night at this hotel. The gentleman on reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern, clean and safe. The room was big and had all amenities that a family would need. I had an issue with my transfer the morning of check out and the 2 gentlemen at reception were very helpful on making sure I reached the airport on time. Thank you. Also a really nice Turkish breakfast in the morning.

    Excellent location for visiting many of Istanbul's attractions, the hotel is 15/20 minutes walk from Blue Mosque etc. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, the included breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety on offer, would definitely recommend

    SEcond time in Gulhane Park! Same good experience, same good and helpfull people at the frontdesk! Good, rich and fresh breakfast! Excellent position, close to istorical sites and public transportation (tram 1)! Spacious and clean rooms, properly cleaning every day! Well done! we'll be back for sure! See you, guys!
