    The worst experience, they hot my car in parking area

    This hotel is the worst experience i ever had in any city ive visited!! Dont make the same mistake like i did!1. The rooms are stinking, i asked for a non smoking room but still ive got smoking room. I couldnt sleep one minute because of the cigarette smell!2. The bell boy helped me with luggage and they asked me very rude for tips.3. When i first arrive, i asked the parking guy if he is handing with my car, he told me yes and after half an hour the manager came to me and say that the guy hit my car.They told me that they dont answer for the car damage.DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL, NEVER AGAIN! Gunes Hotel, Diğer at Gunes Hotel Merter, responded to this review Dear Mr.Stefan,First of all, we are very sorry to hear that you didn't satisfied your accomodation.We couldn't find any nonsmoking room request on your reservation that came throught booking.com system. All your previous accomodations were on smoking rooms and also your room mate asked especially a smoking room so we gave you a smoking room.We have made a detailed study of the events that occurred during your stay. Under normal conditions, there is no valet service at our hotel. Since you arrived late at night, our employees offered to park your car in order to help you. Unfortunately, there was a small contact with your car in our parking lot. After this, our night manager, not a waiter, came to your room and explained the situation and stated that we would compensate for any damages if you requested. You stated that there would be no problem and that you did not need anything. In addition, Why didn't you request anything during your 2 days at the hotel?Our friend who we talked to about the tip also stated that he did not request anything in this regard.We keep all our camera recordings regarding the events in our archives to present to you in case you have any requests. Since the tip issue was only in your room and there was no camera in the room, we do not have any records regarding that issue.We are really sorry that you were not satisfied with our hotel.Best regards

    This hotel does not deserve the qualification of four stars. It is three stars, far from the city center. It is not clean. We have been located in the smoke zone with an awful smell. Meals aren't good. The last day when we left the recepction asked for us to pay extra money for drinks we haven't drunk. The treatment towards clients was inappropiate. We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our hotel after your stay. We checked our records and noticed that you were in a group. The problem was with the drinks at the group dinner, there was incorrect information between us and your agency. Therefore, payment was requested. Additionally, the camera recordings were presented to you as evidence, not as a threat. Because your group consisted of approximately 40 people and only 4 couples objected to this situation.We are very sorry about the bad experience you had.Regards

    The hotel was acceptable, my only problem was with the receptionist called ### he wanted to scam me after I paid my full bill he started telling me to pay him extra 20$ for nothing! When I told him to elaborate he said because someone visited you??!! I was like if anyone comes for 10 mins to say Hi to me will they have to pay 20$?? The guy started yelling at me and threatening me! He told me that my name will be in Turkey boarder and I’ll never be able to come again to Turkey! That’s was my worst experience I’ve ever had! A person like ###### really ruined my whole experience in Turkey! He should be fired for that.

    Looking for nice ,quite and clean hotel near the airport? This is ideal for you.Easy to reach center of the city by Metro in the nearby station.If you are dealing with clothes wholesaling business this is a ''must'' hotel for you as it is located in Merter area (the heart of clothes stores ).
